Reviewer Comments: Everything was clean there was one guy that was constantly cleaning, vacuuming and sweeping everytime we left the room but the room was my only complaint when we arrived there was sand in the floor all throughout an old pacifier left under the bed and looked like it had been there awhile the dining room table was solid glass and had dust all over it along with the kitchen counter. We had to purchase a broom because the one in the room was broken and my wife swept and wiped everything down only other complaint was there was no ice machine on the property we had to drive to get ice every morning to pack coolers to head to the beach

Property was clean and had everything we needed. Other than the maintenance man and pest control entering the condo while we were there with a toddler to spray, and having no washcloths initially, the stay was enjoyable.However I did wonder why the condo was not sprayed between guests instead of during a booked stay but did not ask. I also wondered if they would have entered the condo if we would not have been there to answer the door which is concerning.

Great place w amazing view. Watched the dolphins from our balcony swim n play a few mornings, hunted for crabs at night w our red lights, and enjoyed the beach days followed by a dip in the pool. L

Worth every penny

Beautiful property. Spacious, smells clean and fresh. The view is stunning. Furniture is outdated but it was comfortable. Check in/out process was simple. Property manager was polite and responsive. We left a cellphone in the room and they went out of their way to get it mailed to us quickly. Great experience, would stay there again.

Master bathroom - tub has a lot to be desired and the drain needs cleaning out - don't like taking a shower in standing water. the shower curtain rod - need a NEW one. All the wires hanging down from TV - what is up with that - thank goodness I did not have any small children staying with me. Also only one elevator was working!!!! NOT GOOD FOR THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE COMING AND GOING

The room was even ready early and we were notified that we could go ahead and check in. Brooks and Shorey Resorts was awesome to work with. We had a minor issue and they sent someone out immediately to take care of it. They were friendly, accommodating, and professional. There was easy access to the beach and parking lot. And of course the view was awesome! Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

Not only was condo spotless and beautiful but they were wonderful and accommodating at check in,our condo was ready before check in so they allowed us to go in.I have stayed at Pelican Isle before at a different condo but this one is my favorite and I will save it for next time! It was way better than pictured 💜💜
