Overall it was nice it was one thing that we couldn’t get into the WiFi so we couldn’t get watch TV.

Decieving Photos

This first issue was that access to the house was delayed after the listed check in time. There was not check in email, I had to reach out some time after checking time. The property is not visually appealing with things falling apart. I was dishearning after seeing such beautiful photos.

Solid Place

Great place, easy check in. Parking was annoying but that’s just because South Philly can be like that. A few broken items after an initial check but nothing that ruined the stay. Solid place

Air conditioner

The location was good (however, be aware that parking can be a significant issue. There is only street parking, which can be challenging to find). The check-in process for the home was easy. However, the communication with the homeowner was appalling. Their lack of concern about our issues and refusal to address our complaints was a red flag. They were stubborn for no real reason; they easily could have rectified the situation but declined. Their indifference was disappointing and concerning. Our primary issue with the homeowner was their handling of the AC. Despite staying in the home during the hot month of August, they were unwilling to adjust the AC to a comfortable temperature for the summer. This refusal to address a basic need was a major disappointment. We asked them many times to fix it, but they refused. The situation was so BAD that even VRBO was willing to give us a free hotel stay —for all seven of us. The homeowner needed to be more knowledgeable about the issue, so even after VRBO got involved, they finally sent us these small clips of fans, but they did nothing to replace a properly functioning AC. They created a massive issue from something so small and minor. One that majorly impacted our stay.

Great location, not clean, stuff broken

The place was in a great location. But lots of broken things, couch, towel rack, sink, door to balcony. And dusty and dirty.
