Enjoy location and sunshine most of the time. Plenty of parking and close to beaches, tourist sites, golf, San Diego State University. This house is on a large lot with big trees sprawling backyard with relaxing patio. The neighborhood is modest and mostly family. This home is 15- 20 minutes to many tourist attractions. San Diego is such a wonderful place to visit. Easy excess to main freeway 8 only a few minutes away. Blackout curtains for a good nights sleep and movie watching. Restaurants, hiking Cows Mountain, biking/walking Lake Murray close by.

I am born and raised in San Diego. I have traveled all over the world and I am always glad to be back in San Diego. I love our weather, beaches, parks, hikes and restaurants. I got my degree in Biology from San Diego State and this home is close by my alma mater. I like to be a host for this property because it provides affordability. The neighborhood is modest but close by to all tourist attractions. This location allows visitors to be close to beaches etc., but not with a very expensive cost.
Why they chose this property
This home was my grandmothers and has been in our family for many years. There is a large backyard that is full of vegetation, trees and succulents. Very peaceful to sit at the patio in the backyard. This home has old world charm with original hardwood floors, ceiling detail and an arched door leading into the hallway. Very cool original 50's art deco light hangs in the living room.
What makes this property unique
The large lot lends itself to privacy. Large fenced backyard provides a lot of outdoor room. Property is close to major freeways and cute downtown La Mesa is just a few miles away. Great restaurants. Easy access in and out to go see the tourist sites.
