The location of the house. Was a hop,skip and a jump to everything. The host included suggestions,for touring and eating. We followed quite a few of them and they were not dissappointing.

This house was very pleasant, clean, and comfortable. It had all the amenities that made it feel like home away from home, especially with small kids. It was centrally located in San Diego, and walkable to downtown and public transit lines. The neighborhood was cute and felt safe, although there is a homeless population a few blocks away, but that’s the unfortunate reality of our cities and nothing to do with the house or the hosts.

This house was just perfect for our San Diego vacation. It's a short distance from the airport and many great attractions. The house was well equipped with amenities. I was able to cook dinner twice to save money on meals. At times it was difficult to find a parking spot nearby. The photoshopped images of the back yard were deceiving. The city skyscrapers, highway noise, and heat pump sound made it difficult to enjoy the outdoors. But, overall, it's a great rental.

Mostly. The only thing I will mention is one of the floor tiles in the bathroom was loose. Your maintenance people may want to take a look before it becomes a problem. The tile is just in front of the toilet. This is not a complaint just an observation for your assistance. Great stay.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay - I was sad to leave! Comfortable, quiet, private, and near everything. We loved everything about the place! They care for every little detail, including things I didn’t expect, like leaving laundry detergent for us, a HUGE washing machine, beach towels, a cooler to borrow, and an ice pack in the freezer. We didn’t travel with littles, but they had just about everything you need for little ones, including a high chair and pack-n-play. Absolutely charming backyard with tables/chairs and pretty landscaping! The only very minor drawback is parking - as you may - or may not - get a spot near the house. Luckily for us, we only had to park a few blocks away for one evening. The rest of the time we were able to park very near the house. But honestly I didn’t mind the distance to park as it’s a nice neighborhood to walk through. I would highly recommend and will hope to stay here again should I find myself back in San Diego.

A spacious, clean property that was quiet at night. Comfortable bed. Close to downtown and Coronado Island. We were very happy with it. The only challenge was parking, which is the same everywhere in San Diego.

Great location

We booked to use as a hub for college visits with our teenagers. The home was centrally located to everything and all of the colleges and we got to give the kids a taste of many parts of San Diego!The home was clean and well maintained and had all the basic amenities we needed!

Convenient location - perfect for 4 people

The neighborhood isn't the greatest but we loved the short walk to Petco Park. The house had everything we needed for our family (2 adults + 2 teenagers). Might be difficult to sleep more people than that but plenty of room otherwise. Kitchen was well-stocked with cups, plates and silverware and having two bathrooms was very convenient. Nice to have the little patio in back to enjoy coffee in the morning. Can't imagine a better place to stay if you have a group of 4 and want to get to/from the ballpark or other nearby areas.
