DETAILS: Lion's Paw—named after the hard-to-find seashell—is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that sleeps 10 in the North Cape community of Cape San Blas. With Gulf and Bay access, this pet-friendly retreat is less than 100 yards away from the nearest community boardwalk that leads to both the community pool and the dog-friendly beaches of Cape San Blas. This home includes 2 inviting porches, a patio area with a grill and picnic table, a reading nook, and more.

Inside this custom-built, professionally decorated 2-story home, guests are greeted with a large front porch and 3 sets of French doors that open to the first-floor great room. The open living space boasts tall ceilings, hardwood floors, and plush furnishings facing a large TV and fireplace(not for guest use). The well-appointed kitchen has high-end appliances, spacious granite countertops, and a sizeable island that doubles as a 4-stool breakfast bar—cooking has never been easier! Gather around the traditional dining table that seats 6 on rattan chairs while enjoying neighborhood views from the surrounding picture windows. With multiple doors leading out to the screened-in back porch, there are plenty of options for enjoying the natural setting, including ample seating and a bar table on the porch, as well as a patio area below with Adirondack seating, a picnic table, a propane grill—and even an outdoor shower. Both first-floor guest bedrooms feature king beds and French doors that open onto the back porch, allowing for sunset views over the dunes. There's also a laundry room to keep swim gear fresh and clean.
