A split A/C unit is equipped in the living room as well as ceiling fans to help stay cool. This unit also has a fold out sleeper sofa. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort.

The inviting bedroom includes a King-size bed and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The bedroom is also equipped with a split A/C unit. The remodeled bathroom is updated with a large walk in shower with custom tile work. The oceanfront lanai includes a dining table for 2. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The high-end kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping a breeze.
