Located in a Lake Andes South Dakota. Charles Mix County. Lake Andes has a grocery store, dollar general, clinic, gas station, bank, Bar and Grill, Vet clinic, car repair shop, soon fishing and Post Office. The house has 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms have their own two bathrooms and 3rd bedroom shares 2nd floor bathroom. There’s a 3rd extra bathroom in the basement NEW remodeled spa shower. All and everything is furnished, bedding, towels, all kitchen appliances, dishes and silverware, cleaning supplies, and a washer /dryer. Has 5 TVs - living room/kitchen, free movies. Hunters are welcome along with their dogs, (we ask you clean up after them) Anyone with a pet must also include a pet deposit. NOTE NO DETACHED GARAGE AVAILABLE.

There’s no cleaning fee. We only ask that you leave your used towels downstairs or on the floor. No fees if you forget to do this thank you
