You will feel right at home in this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom chalet which includes a fireplace, gas grill, ping pong table, and ski storage.

5 minutes to outlets / Manchester's dining scene. 8 minutes to Bromley. 22 minutes to Stratton.

10 minutes to summer equestrian (Vermont Summer Festival/HITS) events.

Our Chalet is a quiet, spacious 3 bed / 3 bath home, perfect for family or friends looking to ski, snowboard, hike, shop, dine, attend Vermont Summer Festival Events, and enjoy southern Vermont.

The Space
• The chalet is situated on 1 acre in a quiet residential neighborhood on the “ski side” of town. It is comfortable for 8 guests (2400 sq. ft.)
• The spacious primary bedroom (King bed) is located on the first floor and includes a walk-in closet. This bedroom is connected to two bathrooms (jacuzzi tub bathroom & first floor bathroom with double sinks and shower)
• The second (queen bed) and third bedrooms (4 built-in bunk beds) are located on the 2nd floor. These bedrooms share a bathroom with double sinks and a shower.
• There is a queen size sleeper sofa located in the Great Room.
• On the first floor, there are two spacious living rooms, The Great Room and The Lodge Room.
• The Great Room is situated at the front of the house, and the perfect room for gathering with family and friends where you can dine at the 10 person wood table, enjoy a beverage at the wet bar, or lounge on the couches and watch the 50” smart TV.
• The Lodge Room is set off the kitchen and deck, and has a TV, fireplace, a table with stools for informal dining, and four comfy lounge chairs. This room provides a separate space to relax, play cards, and enjoy the winter mountain views through the large glass doors.

• Laundry (washer, dryer, detergent) is in a closet off the kitchen
• Ping pong table and ski gear / clothing storage in unfinished basement, with separate basement level access from driveway
• Fully equipped kitchen for cooking or baking with pots, pans, utensils, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, flour, coffee, sugar, oil and spices on the counter or in pantry
• Dinnerware provided for 10 (dinner & appetizer plates, bowls, silverware, coffee mugs, barware, serving platters); children plates, bowls and cups provided for 6
• The fast wifi (400+mbps) is perfect for Zoom, remote work, or streaming
• The Great Room has a large desk with a computer monitor that can plug into a docking station or laptop
• We have Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime on the Great Room and Lodge Room TVs.
• The 2 bedrooms upstairs each have a split unit AC / heater. In the summer, these 2 units will keep the 2 upstairs bedrooms and Lodge room cool. Fans are provided for the Master Bedroom and Great Room.
