This well-appointed 2bd 1ba lake cabin is right across the street from Peoples beach. After your day on the beach at beautiful Lake Wappapello chill out on the large, covered patio with plenty of comfortable seating. Fire up the Blackstone, smoker or charcoal grill at the outdoor cooking station and enjoy a scenic meal next to the fire pit. Rain day? Have a blast in the rustic game room that boasts darts, foosball, tons of games and a fully equipped bar. We even have Bluetooth speakers!

The cabin was excellent! From the moment we walked in, the kids got to playing with all the games around. The cabin fit the description and was everything we were hoping for. It's a close distance to parks and trails, and the fire pit and hot tub are great to have. Communication with the owner is top notch- we can't wait to return!

Smelled good and appeared clean. The stove burners, smoker, and grill were filthy. The bathroom is really small. It was good for the purpose we needed it. Lots of outdoor lighting and outdoor space.

Family Lake Weekend

Very clean and welcoming! My 3 boys loved the game room and the hot tub was a pleasant surprise! It is located just across the street from the boat ramp so it was perfect for taking out the boat. We also rented a pontoon from Sundowners Marina. It was fantastic! It is small but adorable!

Cute cottage….

This was a cute little* cottage. Very charming and decorated cozily. Issues were:-food and drinks left in fridge and freezer by previous tenants-used shower supplies, bathrobe left by previous tenant-bathroom is extremely small and tightCottage was tidy but could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Game room and not tub were nice! Outdoor accommodations were awesome !

We loved the outdoor space, the fire pit with a delivery of cured wood and the hot tub. The short walk to the state park walking trails was wonderful! The indoor space was small but fine for a weekend stay. Overall it was clean, but the corners could use a vacuum....lots of dead lady bugs there.

Great cozy property with an awesome outdoor area, 2 min from the lake, we were out the door and had our kayaks in the lake in 5 minutes. Massive storms came through and knocked out power so we defintely utilized the blackstone griddle outside. Owners are very responsive and attentive to any questions and needs

The cabin is cute There were several hand towels no wash cloths Only had a 1/2 roll of tp No extra kitchen trash bags Hot tub wasnt clean Cleaners need to wash the blankets,wasnt sure of the extra sheets were clean, They were bundled up in a container Cleaners need to check maintenance issues main bed frame was very loose

We are from Jackson MO but have lived at the lake part time for last nine years and have fell in love with the area. We love boating, camping and making memories. We take great pride in all of our Camp properties and strive to showcase the hospitality of Wappapello Lake.

Why they chose this property

Camp Minnow is perfectly placed! Its off the main road but dang near a baseball throw away from Peoples beach and boat ramp. C store and seasonal food truck are also a short walk away. Just a couple of neighbors that are full time residents and are very helpful with any kind of lake related questions.

What makes this property unique

This is the only property that I know of at the lake that is that close to a beach. That also has a large covered patio with a grilling station and a game room with foosball, darts, fully equipped bar and tons of games.
