Great location in Seattle! Easy to walk to all the places I wanted to, that alone was worth the price. But it was also clean, parking was easy, the bed was comfortable, all around a good stay!

This room is perfect for 2-3 people looking for convenient access to the Seattle sights while feeling safe and having plenty of nearby restaurants and convenient stores. Alan was very accommodating and we'd stay again!

Really great hosts, location and cleanliness. Just a lot of the decor felt like it was things they had extra and didn't really create a vibe or try to design a whole lot. I like to get a sense of the place when I travel, or atleast some sense of cohesion. Otherwise the stay felt comfy and safe, and the view from the rooftop was straight at the very close Space Needle. That was neat!

Location is convenient to the Space Needle, Chuhuily, and many restaurants and coffee shops.The roof top area has a great view. Check in was easy and garage parking a bonus.

The location is fabulous, a seven-minute walk to the Space Needle and two museums. Everything was perfect for our stay!

For a studio condo it was very well equipped. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space to make dinner. The location was great too!

Excellent communication and friendly host. Suite itself was cluttered and very uncomfortable mattresses (springs poking out on pullout bed.,) very worn and tired bedding - bathroom sink had drainage issues, and needed some attention- overall the unit is a bit rough around edges, but was very clean. Building had ongoing maintenance issues - twice we could not enter front door due to malfunction of keyless system at front doors. Local residents were quick to let us in however.Excellent location in city though , can walk everywhere- and overall “good” experience.

Just right.

Great little studio condo near all the attractions. The hosts were super helpful and the unit was cute and clean. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning and were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. My family of 3 all agree we would stay here again!

Lovely place

Great communication and nice clean place. We enjoyed the rooftop and closeness/walkability to Pike Place Market and the Space Needle areas.

Fantastic Location!!

We had a lovely stay! The location was fantastic. We loved the neighborhood and the close proximity to the sites we wanted to visit. The condo was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and quiet. We did not lack for anything while there! The hosts provided clear instructions before arrival and were very responsive. Would definitely book this property again when in Seattle.

Perfect for a pre-cruise stay

This condo was perfect for our party of 3 just prior to our cruise out of Seattle. Near the Seattle Center and walkable to downtown sites. Condo had all the appointments (bedding, bathroom amenities, washer/dryer) to make our stay comfortable. And the host was incredibly communicative. Excellent stay!

Seattle stay was fabulous

The owners kept a very clean apartment with all the amenities. We even had a washer/dryer to wash our clothes. The bed was extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay with them again.

Wonderful rental in a great location to all the popular tourist attractions in Seattle. Helen was able to help us promptly when the building code had changed. The room was well stocked with any necessities we may have forgotten and loved having a way to do laundry in our unit. We would definitely come to stay again!

Amazing

Very nice apartment and extremely well kempt. Right in the middle of belltown a stones throw from some of my favorite bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Prime Location

Clean property with very responsive hosts. Alan and Helen were very flexible with the check in time and explained everything well. Our stay also included parking which made the price of our stay very reasonable and took away the stress of finding parking every time we went somewhere. The property was a short walk to Pikes Market, restaurants and shopping.
