*Complimentary beach service includes an umbrella and 2 chairs on Sandpiper Cove's private beach.

This updated 1 bedroom unit sits on the golf course at Sandpiper Cove and is within walking distance to the pools/beach. Fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops, living room with a queen size sofa bed, and dining area with deck access. The large deck is off the living room area, one bedroom with a new king size bed, dressing area, large walk in closet, and a full bathroom. New washer/dryer, updated HVAC system, appliances, and new flooring recently updated.

This unit is a short 5-8 min walk from this condo to the private white sandy beach, and Rick’s Sand Trap Beach Bar & Grill. If you choose to drive there is gated parking at the beach entrance. There’s a lot to do at Sandpiper Cove with a 9-hole par 3 golf course on-site as well as pickleball courts and tennis courts, 5 community pools (2 heated), 3 hot tubs, and a shuffleboard court. Sandpiper Cove also has one of the finest restaurants in the Destin area, the Louisiana Lagniappe that overlooks the marina where you can also take a water taxi from the marina to tour all along Destin Harbor and visit the HarborWalk Village, eat at fantastic restaurants, and try some fun activities. Water taxi is available March through October.

Parking Notes: Parking Permit Given at Guard Gate/Entrance. Maximum of 2 vehicles. No assigned space.

This was absolutely PERFECT. It was just the right size for my boyfriend and I, perfectly located and it had lots of wonderful amenities. Beach is walking distance, there’s free beach service and an awesome restaurant within the community. Sandy was super communicative and really sweet. I cannot recommend this booking enough.

Exactly as described. Sandpipe Cove is a unique, but older property, ideal for families with lots of recreation and beach access. This particular unit was updated and in excellent condition.

The unit was amazing and the host was so easily accessible, friendly, and helpful! I loved the location. We were far enough away from the beach to avoid the crowds and passers by, but directly across from our condos was a parking lot just for us and always had parking available. From there, you could sit at the bar for a second on the way to and from the beach where we had our own umbrella with 2 chairs. We tried to keep things clean along the way which made it a lot easier on check out day. Oh yeah, Uber and delivery people had absolutely no problems locating and accessing our condo. Walking out to the 1st hole of the pitch and put golf course was also amazing. All in all, wonderful Destin experience.

This is a great little condo located in the back of the complex. Plenty of dishes, utinsels, and cookware available for your convenience. Nice large deck for watching the golfers pass by. The included beach service was appreciated as well. Would definitely stay again.
