Fair price, good location

A bit of updating would be nice in the living area but it is described as retro so no false advertising.

Our stay was good and it was very nice to be so close to Kings Beach. The only minor issue of the door code not working was solved immediately and otherwise had no issues. It was nice to find plenty of towels, some laundry soap to use and enough paper towels and toilet paper available in the place. The commuity pool was not crowded and the kids enjoyed using it.

Great time capsule

Great location for Northstar & the lake, interior was clean & well maintained. Bedrooms & sleeping arrangement was exactly as described. Coffee maker might need a manual - it's old enough we couldn't even find anything online.

Wonderful pool, pickleball courts, cabin-like condo, great king bed, so-so other beds, exyra loft upstairs which we didn't know existed. Very family friendly condo and only 1 mile from beach! Tons of towels! Needs maybe more beach chairs, snorkel gear and umbrella to top it off! It would've also been nice what condiments to bring. Like mustard, catsup, sugar, coffee filters. It seems like just the basics were needed but then there was a whole bottle of real maple syrup and extra virgin olive oil. So there yiu have it! Thank you again!

Review from Rooted Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is in a good location on the Property, close to the pool. It is a little outdated, specifically the oven/stove, the oven did not work while we were there, even after a handyman came out to fix it. The temperature of the bottom floor was easily 5 degrees cooler than the kitchen/main floor area, which was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but it is need of a little update, especially in the kitchen if you plan on cooking at the property.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We specifically asked for early checkin. We got there earl6. The condo was cleaned and empty but we couldn’t check in.We specifically asked if there were hairdryers. We were told yes, but there were NONE.We asked for an hour later checkout and were told no, so we cleared out but we’re on the premises- no cleaners showed up.Lip service no real customer service.

Good Day! It is unfortunate that you feel this way. Looking at our communication, We dropped off a hair dryer and a coffee pot, which you gave a "thumbs up" to. I am unable to locate any communication requesting early check in or late check out. I do see that there were guests checking out the day of your arrival as well as guests checking in the day of your departure, so we, as any company, we need the time to clean and prepare the home for next guest. But again, there is no communication found on these "requests". Please know that we go above and beyond for all of your guests, and when we have requests, we respond as soon as possible.

Wonderful place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very excited to stay at the nice and safe community that is close to major attractions. The place is perfect when it comes to facilities as pool and sauna. The check in is easier and even let me check in one hour early. Well stocked with towel, tissue, shampoo, etc. Enough beds for up to 8 people. The stove, washier and dryer could be updated as it’s over 10 years old.
