The house was very well maintained and stocked. Decorated perfectly! Our only concerned was the showers needed a bath mat. It was very slippery. The location was close to attractions and stores.

Don’t sleep on Bella Vista when you’re heading here to mountain bike! This beautiful, quiet, private, and incredibly well-equipped home is in a fantastic location, just minutes from the new OZ downhill park, and within easy reach of all the area’s popular trail systems, including Slaughter Pen, Back 40, Coler, and Little Sugar. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The owners were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our mountain biking trip!

This adorable pet friendly retreat was one of my favorite stays thus far — of all rentals. It’s super cute — the kitchen with its exposed floating shelves and the spare & master bathrooms were my favorite aspects of the home. My husband and twin tuxedo cats joined me on this adventure to the Arkansas woods where we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for having us!! . .
