We booked a hotel room online for a two-night stay. Upon arrival, we were informed that our reserved room was not available. As a result, we were placed in a queen room to accommodate three people, which was not ideal, and my husband ended up sleeping in a recliner the first night.I am leaving three stars because the staff the following day were excellent. They were understanding, professional, and worked quickly to move us into the correct room. I truly appreciated their effort to resolve the situation.While the initial experience was disappointing, the customer service we received afterward made a positive difference.

Clean room. The overall aesthetic of everything could use sprucing up as it's a bit out of date, carpet is bleh, etc. The toilet in our room is having a hard time refilling so the valve likely needs to be replaced. Just give it a flush, you'll see what I mean. Overall enjoyed our stay and in a good neighborhood, close to the Galleria.

The unit was highly damaged with stains on the carpets and couch. The fridge was dented. The towel hooks and toilet paper holder were falling off. All the edges of furniture were damaged. Also there was black on the walls. Disappointed in the condition and cleanliness. I took pictures and video when I walked in to not be blamed for the condition. Check in and out were fine.
