Unit #11 has 12 high-tech floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors in the kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom and hall areas. It has MORE floor-to-ceiling beachside windows AND sliding glass doors, significantly MORE ocean, beach and sunset views, and a FAR LARGER, WRAP-AROUND BALCONY, in comparison with inner unit condos at the same complex. It very beneficially has TWO MORE floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to the beach and ocean than all inner unit condos at the complex, as well as magnificent WESTERN SUNSET VIEWS from BOTH inside of the condo and the wrap-around balcony, and full views of the ocean down the beach to the east that are not obstructed by any other condos in the complex (unlike inner unit condo at the same complex), as well as such views straight on. UNIT #11 has direct, private access to the ocean and beach via only one set of stairs (with no elevators to wait for), sleeps 10 people in beds comfortably, and has two porcelain tile and river rock frameless walk-in showers with matching floors and built-in seats in two of the three bathrooms, as well as a fully renovated kitchen, with all new kitchen cabinets, granite counters and a porcelain tile floor with "drop-ins."
The beach in front of UNIT #11 is very private and relatively un-populated, and has a very peaceful and relaxing feel, which is in great contrast with the often very highly populated, and busy beaches, located in front of many high-rise condominium buildings.
There is only one flight of steps, including a landing, that lead from the wrap-around balcony of UNIT #11 to the sandy beach, and an outdoor shower is present at the base of the steps, permitting guests to conveniently wash sand off from their bodies and beach equipment prior to entering into the condo.
UNIT #11 is beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings, ORIGINAL art work and accessories, including state-of-the-art stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a 31- cubic foot french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, a full size oven and stove, a dish washer and a microwave oven), custom kitchen cabinets with slow-close drawers and accent lighting above, below, and in, such kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, custom bathroom cabinets and mirrors, several Schonbek crystal light fixtures, Casa Blanca and Quoizel ceiling fans, two top-of-the-line Wesley Allen king-sized wrought iron beds in two bedrooms, one such Wesley Allen queen-sized wrought iron bed in a 3rd bedroom, a dining room table having comfortable seating for 10 or more, and a huge island with an eating bar that can comfortably seat at least 6 more on wrought iron and leather bar stools, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, tall cathedral ceilings (which are not present in lower units), crown molding, sky lights, porcelain tile (most floors, master bedroom bathroom shower and floor, and other king bedroom bathroom shower and floor), wood flooring, very comfortable, reclining leather furniture (large couch, two matching chairs and ottoman). Each of the three bedrooms has a 32” Sony television, and the living room has a 65” LG HIGH-DEFINITION, SMART, television. The wrap-around balcony has very comfortable seating for at least 10 adults, along with three separate bar- height tables. This state-of-the-art patio furniture permits the ocean to be clearly viewed by many while very comfortably having appetizers and eating meals on the wrap-around balcony. The condominium has high definition Comcast cable TV and internet, an electronic programmable safe for a heightened security of cash and other valuables (installed by a security company, as in a hotel), a garbage disposal, a coffee pot, a large, full kitchen with all amenities and high-quality utensils, dishware, cookware and bake ware, a new high tech full size clothing washer and dryer, air conditioning and electric heat. Towels and linens are provided, as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. All sheets have at least a 400 thread count. The condominium complex has an in-ground pool, a reserved parking spot (with additional guest parking and additional parking across the street) and refuse pick-up.
Unit #11 has been fully remodeled and updated by a licensed general contractor. All new ceilings (including hurricane clips, insulation, wood and sheet rock) and six new light fixtures were installed in the kitchen, living room, dining room and hallway, and the sheet rock in many of the walls and other ceilings was replaced. New floors were installed throughout the condo, and 10 brand new top-quality floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors were installed in the living room, dining room and hallway areas, as well as a new set of sliding glass doors in the master bedroom. Five brand new sky lights, and new hardy board siding surrounding each sky light, were also installed in the kitchen area, and a new 80-gallon hot water heater, a new Maytag air conditioning, a new garbage disposal unit, and a new, high-tech Samsung washer and dryer were installed in this unit. BOTH the master bedroom bathroom floor, bath tub and shower, and the second king bedroom bathroom floor, bath tub and shower, were fully replaced with large, beautiful porcelain tile and river rock walk-in showers having frameless glass doors and matching porcelain tile bathroom floors including copper 'drop-in' tiles. All three toilets were replaced with new five-star flush Kohler and American Standard toilets. The bathroom cabinets and mirrors in two of the bathrooms were also replaced with new top quality bathroom cabinets and beveled, framed mirrors. The kitchen cabinets and countertops were also replaced with high-end, custom cabinets with slow close drawers and granite counter tops. The entire condominium was freshly painted in colors to match top-quality bedding from Florida Linens, and a new front door was installed. Crown molding was installed throughout the condominium.
For fire safety, this condo has a 5-pound 5BC multipurpose fire extinguisher professionally installed under the kitchen sink that is annually maintained by Advanced Fire Protection Services, Inc., as well as HARD-WIRED smoke detectors that have battery back-ups.
No smoking is permitted.
To formally book this condo, two adults (25 years of age or older) who would be present at the condo throughout the duration of any rental period would need to execute a standard rental agreement that is employed for all rentals of this condo, and provide copies of their drivers licenses to the owners.
These owners have their own detailed cancellation policy, which is fair to both them and their guests, along with a detailed discussion about travel insurance, set forth in their standard rental agreement. The owners' cancellation policy will govern all of their rentals of this condo, not any cancellation policy posted on the VRBO / Home Away web sites. About Roberta Heady
This condo is privately owned, and managed, by an intellectual property attorney and an electrical engineer who live in Johns Creek, Georgia, both graduated from Purdue University (West Lafayette, IN), and have four children, three graduated from Georgia Tech (Atlanta, GA), and one a 4th year industrial engineering student at Georgia Tech. The attorney graduated from Marquette University Law School (Milwaukee, WI), and has been employed by Locke Lord LLP for 16 years. Prior to that, she worked for Abbott Laboratories (Waukegan, IL), G.D. Searle & Co. (Skokie, IL), and the law firm Fitch, Even, Tabin & Flannery (Chicago, IL). The engineer is employed by Gates Corporation (headquartered in Denver, CO). One of their children is an industrial engineer employed by the Chick-fil-A corporate headquarters (Atlanta, GA). Another child is a quality control supervisor for Tyco International (Lithia Springs, GA). A third child is a logistics specialist for Altria (Richmond, VA). The owners, and their children, have attended North Point Community Church (Alpharetta, GA), led by senior pastor Andy Stanley, for about 12 years. Roberta and one of their daughters are members of the Gust Services team, and Roberta is a member of the Critical Response team. The owners manage this property themselves and provide very personal service directly between the owners and their guests. They try to be available for all of their guests at all times, and keep all of their three 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, condos in Panama City Beach, Florida (two at Bonita Beach and one at the SPLASH Resort) in a top condition.

THE VIEWS FROM THIS END (CORNER) CONDO, along with those from the other end (corner) units, ARE THE BEST VIEWS AT THE BONITA BEACH COMPLEX. This property is a very high-end CORNER (END) UNIT with a WRAP-AROUND BALCONY and UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS OF THE OCEAN AND BEACH FROM BOTH INSIDE OF THE CONDO (FROM THE LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, KITCHEN, MASTER BEDROOM AND HALLWAY), AND OUTSIDE OF THE CONDO (ALL ALONG THE LARGE WRAP-AROUND BALCONY), AND BOTH STRAIGHT ON AND TO THE EAST (ALL DOWN THE BEACH TO THE EAST). It has two more floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to the beach and ocean than all inner units, as well as full views of the ocean down the beach to the east that are not obstructed by other units. Also, unlike any of the inner units, it has sliding glass doors in the master bedroom with views of the ocean, which open onto a large wrap-around balcony, and which can be left partially open at night to hear the sounds of the ocean while in bed. Additionally, unlike lower units, this condo has cathedral ceilings, which makes this condo have a more open and spacious feel. Panama City Beach has beautiful white sand and blue oceans, and attractions for all ages, many of which are in Pier Park. It is about a 30-minute drive to Destin, which has many additional restaurants and attractions, and about a 15-minute drive to Panama City, which also has many fun attractions.
What makes this Condo unique
This condo is in walking distance to "Thomas Doughnuts and Snack Shop," a very well-known restaurant that has a wide variety of different filled and non-filled fresh doughnuts every morning, as well as many breakfasts and lunches, and an attached ice cream parlor that has many different types of hand-dipped ice cream (cups and cones), sundays, splits, milk shakes, and floats. This is a great attraction for guests. Spectacular views of the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and white sands of Laguna beach, lunch and appetizers on the beach, tremendous relaxation, miles of beach for walking or running. It is very private, and has no elevators, unlike high-rise condos. Being a 2nd floor unit with no elevators, two significant benefits of this property are not having to wait for elevators to get to the unit, or to get to the beach, and having beaches to use that are not crowded (unlike with a high rise building).

Lovely Condo. Great Location!
We enjoyed our week at Bonita Beach so much – it was so private and relaxing, especially on the beach! The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with everything you need ( however, we didn't do a lot of cooking except for breakfast). Beds were quite comfortable and there was ample outdoor furniture to accommodate large groups. We love finding a really nice place that also accommodates small dogs. It's an easy walkout onto the beautiful beach and waters of the Gulf. Highly recommend and we'll be back again!
We enjoyed a wonderful week at this lovely condo offering all the amenities of home. The location is perfect; near local attractions, shopping, restaurants and the airport while enjoying the almost private beach only steps away. Roberta was quick to respond and resolve any questions/concerns that we had. This will be our new go-to place. My only suggestion would be for another rocker or two on the patio :)
This is a 5 star Condo - well equipped with everything you would need and more.
We fly into Panama City - don’t need to worry about beach towels, beach toys or beach chairs- they have it ! The beds are so comfortable 😂� that a must for us.

Condo was clean and well maintained. Beach chairs and umbrella were an unexpected delighter! Rear access to the beach was convenient and the deck/balcony was a great space to relax and enjoy our wonderful family time. I would recommend this property to everyone!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. Even the art work on the walls is outstanding. I cannot think of anything that you might need that is not there. The kitchen is perfect with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect and it is a pleasure to work with the owners. This is our second time to stay here and we will definitely be back.

Best condo I’ve ever rented. Everything about it was great! The owners have gone above and beyond to create a fabulous vacation experience. After seeing unit #11 in person, I would stay in any of Roberta’s rentals. The quality is unparalleled...high-end appliances, tv’s, cookware, dishes, towels, beach chairs, etc., plus all of the beds and furniture were comfortable. Ocean view couldn’t be beat. Back stairs down to the beach were very convenient. We loved our stay and will be back!
The condominium is very conveniently located in a quiet area on the west end of Panama City Beach about 12 miles from the Panama City-Bay County International Airport, and about 2 miles from Pier Park and Pier Park North, two huge outside malls on both sides of Highway 98, including more than 1 million square feet of shopping and entertainment, such as numerous restaurants (Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville, Guy Harvey’s Island Grill, The Back Porch Seafood Restaurant, Red Robin, Wild Wings and many others), specialty stores (candy, ice cream, popcorn, coffee, apparel, shoes, jewelry, home décor and others), amusement rides, a climbing wall, live music, night life, a large indoor mall including numerous department stores, a 24-cinema, 4-D, movie theater, a Target, a super Wal-Mart and a Starbucks, and also near to a huge city fishing pier and numerous grocery stores, pharmacies, walk-in medical centers, other restaurants, water parks, amusement parks, miniature golf courses, regular golf courses, museums, the Gulf World Sea Aquarium, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, Wonder Works, and many other attractions.
