To ensure a smooth and safe stay, please be aware of the following:

- Renter Agreement: A signed renter agreement is required upon booking confirmation.
- Damage Protection: We partner with Safely to provide accidental damage coverage. This protects our property and our guests from additional charges for accidental damages.
- Pool Maintenance: For stays of 6 days or longer, a mid-service pool cleaning is scheduled to keep it sparkling.
- Pest Control: This is a mountain cabin, and during ladybug season (October - November), you may see some visitors. The home is treated with monthly pest control to minimize their presence.
- For Families: A Pack ’n play/travel crib is available for your little ones.
- No-Refund Policy: Please note that refunds are not provided for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other unforeseen events.
- For stays of 6 days or longer, a mid-service pool cleaning is scheduled. During ladybug season (October - November), the homes undergo monthly pest control. While we can't prevent their presence, our homes are regularly maintained. Refunds are not available for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather events, natural disasters, power outages, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances.
