Here At Last is a beautiful two-story home with five bedrooms and four baths accommodating up to fifteen. Featuring generous-sized rooms, elegant decor, and unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico, this gorgeous home is the perfect retreat for your coastal getaway. Hardwood flooring throughout and cozy furnishings welcome you inside, filled with floor-to-ceiling windows and brimming with natural light. The living room is the perfect mix of casual elegance and functional design, creating a welcoming space for relaxing and socializing. Take in gorgeous views from the beautifully appointed kitchen with everything needed to prepare your favorite snacks for the beach. Enjoy meals at the dining room table, at the breakfast bar with seating for five, or take it outdoors. Grill up the day’s catch on the private grill, then dine under the stars on the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Everyone is assured a peaceful night’s stay with cozy bedrooms and room for a crowd. The mast suite features a king-sized bed with an en suite bath, flat-screen TV, and access to the private balcony. Two additional guest suites feature king-sized beds, while two bunk rooms ensure the kids have their own cozy retreats when the day comes to an end.



After lazy days poolside, get out and check out Navarre Beach, featuring the longest fishing pier in the Gulf of Mexico. Rented this house with my family. There were 7 adults and a baby. It was an amazing trip. The house was awesome. Loved the beach access and the pool. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. We loved having the chairs and umbrella set up for us each morning. I do wish the master had darker curtains because the room is pretty bright in the early morning. The garage has a pool table and ping pong which is great but the lighting is so dim that you really can’t enjoy them. Overall, we were very happy and will be back!!!

Amazing place

Amazing place and great location. Beds were comfortable, kitchen facilities were great. Communication about booking or any questions answered immediately. Would stay here again. One feedback comment I can make the curtains in the upstairs bedroom (on the left hand side) could be changed they do not block out any light from very early in the morning.

Great beach access

The house is spacious and has a beautiful view and easy beach access! Short drive to several restaurants. It was perfect for a couple families with teens and we would stay here again!

Family Gathering from Four States

The 2 grandmothers would have been happy to carefully use the elevator. Everyone else could use the stairs. Colorado folk were thrilled with the beach access. Staff very kind to help us secure great accommodations. Pool service might be needed more often. A happy and wonderful place for the family to gather. Kitchen implements well stocked. Hope to have the opportunity to visit another time. Thank you.

First and foremost for future renters, know that you will be going through a third-party “guest relations” company, NOT the property management directly or the owners for all communications. This can be problematic when check-in is at 4 and you have issues that cannot be addressed until the following day. They do not seem to be provided layouts of the house because when trying to explain which bedroom has which problem, they have extreme difficulty in understanding and accurately transcribing for the management company.Also, make sure to check for nearby construction prior to the deadline for full refund. I checked 6 mos before deadline and unfortunately there was indeed construction going 2 houses down in May 2026.However, it is a very good house. Great layout and plenty of bathrooms for everyone’s privacy. It was extremely clean! The location is far enough from public beach accesses and condominiums that guests enjoy uncrowded space on the beach directly from the house. Lots of outdoor showers for rinsing off sand and the pool is a wonderful temperature.The north side bedrooms have balconies that overlook Santa Rosa Sound, and the south bedroom balconies overlook the beach.I will be reporting some electrical issues to the company, specifically fans randomly turning off and lights turning on in the middle of the night. We chose not to have this addressed during our stay because we felt like it would be a major disruption due to the nature of the problem.

This house was perfect for our extended family. Everyone had their own bed and there were enough bathrooms that sharing was not hard. The location on the beach is heaven. The management is quick and responsive for any issues. Check in and Checkout is easy. We have already booked for next year.

Beautiful area

Loved the house and pool big hit with kids. Very spacious for everyone. Nice bedrooms with very nice bathrooms Lots of stairs. Lots of stairs. Would’ve loved to be able to use the elevator for the older people. We would rent same house again. However a few minor improvements and be perfect. Need new larger grill for this size house User friendly stove with instructions. We loved staying here

The place was great has everything you need, stove was a little tricky with some pots not working on the INDUCTION side. Just a few minor repairs that need done, very minor but enough to be nagging during your stay. Great view, great and easy access no one in your BEACH ZONE. I say do it!!!

Beautiful home. Loved our beach access. The handrail going up the steps to the front door should be fixed and the glass gate from the deck to the beach access should be fixed. Other than that, the home was great!

Just WOW

This home is absolutely stunning inside and out. There is so much space, every detail is high end, just a dream beach house. The infinite edge pool, the many outdoor spaces, and the private boardwalk to the most beautiful beach - it doesn't get any better than this! Highly recommend the private beach set up - we used these services and it just made a perfect trip even better.

Navarre beauty

Beautiful house, plenty of room for 9 women. Pool and deck were great, beach access easy. Bunk rooms are warm but fans are supplied. Kitchen had almost everything we needed. One suggestion would be a basket of beach towels like most houses and condos I have stayed at over the years. There’s construction next door right now and more on the other side of that for later, but it wasn’t that bad. Perfect weather, perfect water, everyone had a wonderful time.

Perfect location-Never crowded on the beach-no one even close to us Quiet family vacation- beautiful beach The only complaint really is the furniture in the living area is uncomfortable -no real place to lounge to watch tv. Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay ... the location was great! with private access to the beach. Sadly I didn't confirm if the pool was heated prior to booking. *Water was still a little too cold so we weren't able to use the pool at all (for the price we paid I wish that it was). We flew in and got there later in the evening, we were excited to watch the sunrise from the balcony with coffee in our hands but were a little disappointed that there was a coffee maker but no filters or coffee provided; This was our 3rd time coming traveling to Pensacola and fell like other rentals have provided us with more. We had to wait for the morning to stock up with toilet paper, napkins, coffee and beach towels, dish soap; Don't get me wrong, is not like the house was bad or anything just felt like for the price we should of gotten a little more.
