Discover our summer sanctuary just outside Gansevoort, NY – a welcoming escape for families and furry friends alike. Only 20 minutes from Lake George and Saratoga Springs, our pet-friendly haven promises convenience and adventure. Whether you're here for the thrill of the racetrack or the tranquility of the lake, everything's within reach!

Sleeping up to 10 guests, our spacious home is tailor-made for memorable gatherings. Unwind in the fully equipped kitchen, where culinary delights await. Gather around the dining table for shared meals and cherished moments.

Upstairs you’ll find, three bedrooms and the two full bathrooms. Our primary en-suite features a king-sized bed. Additionally our full bathroom and two queen bedrooms offer cozy retreats. On the main level, a wood-burning stove adds rustic charm to the sitting area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

Venture downstairs to discover a versatile basement oasis. Let the kids' imaginations run wild in the play area, while a bunk bed and queen bed provide restful reprieves and smart TV and game mat provide entertainment options.

Outside, the enchanting backyard beckons. Fire up the grill on the elevated deck, then dine al fresco amidst the lush surroundings. With a fenced yard for kids and pets to roam, and nature's splendor all around, our home is where summer dreams come to life.

Was perfect for what we needed! We were in town for a softball tournament at Jenkinsville park and it was close to everything! Check-in process was very easy. The downstairs with the 3 beds, was bigger than we thought. Was very spacious and technically was like 2 separate rooms, perfect for parents and their kids!

This property is minutes to much that Saratoga has to offer.

Very convenient to the Northway, Saratoga, and shopping. Quiet neighborhood and very pleasant setting.

A great stay in Gansevoort

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a convenient location to Saratoga but also a nice and quiet location. It’s kid and dog friendly which is great! The house was very comfortable and well stocked with anything you could need. The owner/manager was very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend to stay here for a Saratoga area visit.

Sisters birthday celebration

We my sisters and I came together to celebrate the 80th birthday of my oldest sister who lives in Gansevoort. The space was perfect for our gathering and we took a lovely photo on the back deck with the brilliant fall trees in the background. There was lots of sleeping space--more than we needed. The beds were well appointed and comfortable. The value of our rental was excellent.

Great Quiet Neighborhood

Property was just as described. Nothing extravagant or outlandish but that wasn't what I was after. A nice cozy house in a quiet neighborhood that had all the amenities my family needed at a very reasonable price.

Great location

The house was nice but it could use a better cleaning. The back deck and yard are great, quiet and secluded. Couldn't get the tv to connect to the internet even though we could get on the internet on our laptop.

Hello,I wanted to reach out regarding a couple of concerns our group experienced during our stay. When we arrived, we noticed a significant amount of mouse droppings in the basement area and even in some of the beds. This was obviously very unsettling for everyone and required us to spend time cleaning before we could comfortably use the space.Additionally, the leg of the kitchen table broke when we placed a few normal household items on it—specifically a piece of luggage and some groceries. It appeared the table may have already been weak or damaged, as there was not an unusual amount of weight on it.Given these issues, we were hoping you might consider waiving the cleaning fee. We do not want to leave a negative review, but the situation was pretty upsetting for our group and not what we expected.We appreciate you taking the time to look into this and hope we can come to a fair resolution.Thank you.

This was very unfortunate. You broke my kitchen table, left beer bottles & cans, along with silverware for some reason, all over the front yard. The neighbors not only called the cops because of your middle of the night disruptions, they also filed a complaint with another short term rental platform because they didn’t know you booked through VRBO. There was no evidence of any rodent activity and you, of course, didn’t mention any issues until you were checked out AND left a disaster behind. You sent no pictures of anything and didn’t even tell us you broke the table until after you left. I truly hope that you never treat a home, and a community, like this again. Yes we have recordings from the neighbors ring camera. Yes we have the photos the neighbors took of your cars parked in the middle of the street at 2am. Please stay at motels from now on and leave small businesses alone.

Spending time with family

It was a perfect place for my grandson 4th bday. We went to 6 flags, adventure center, and great escape Lodge. We weren't that far and it was very quiet to end the days. We did have a little problem with the WiFi but we had more fun spending more time with each other with all the games in the house.

Doggone Great Place to Stay

We had a great experience with the host and the house. The house was actually a little bit better than the listing. We thought the lower level room had a regular bed and bunk beds in the same room, but they were in separate areas of the lower level which provided for a bit more privacy. We had older puppies with us for a show being filmed at the Arena and it was perfect for them. The yard is securely fenced and there is no carpet on the main level and lower level of the house, which is nice with pets. Pet friendly homes are never perfect, but this one was pretty close. The property was beautiful and nestled in a wonderful neighborhood with very nice neighbors. It was easy to get to the Arena, as well as restaurants and stores. I recommend this property.
