Fantastic stay for family and friends in a great location!

This is one of the rare properties that we found even more charming than the photos. Stayed with my partner, our toddler (who had the time of his life with all the toys in the kids room), and a few friends. The personal touches from the hosts felt very special. The place was clean and huge and well appointed for cooking/grilling and just hanging out. And the location was fantastic! It felt very upstate nature-y (the fireflies at dusk are a treat), but was less than a 10 min drive to multiple grocery stores and 10-15min from various parts of downtown Kingston (which is lovely). My only negative is, just as a concern with small kids, that the house is slightly closer to the road than it looks in the photos and one part of the yard has a bit of a drop off. None of that hampered our enjoyment at all! Just so someone else is aware that you have to be a little aware with kids outside. Would definitely recommend with a group and our kid is still talking about how much fun he had!
