My family had a great time! The location was secluded and quiet. The kayaks, paddle boards and other water toys kept our family entertained. Location was great. Many stores and restaurants within a few miles.

Wonderful Family vacation!

This is the first opportunity to have all of family together - we had a fantastic time. Grandchildren had the best time wonderful spot with sandy shallow area to play in and the smiles I saw every day are so worth it. Great communication with property owner and property manager - highly recommend this beautiful spot.

Lovely location, especially in autumn

Overall, pleased with the home, yard in neighborhood right on the water, access to dock, canoe & kayaks & firepit. Close to additional activities, shopping & restaurants while remaining private. Also appreciated the last-minute availability following a weather- related change in vacation plans.

Great location and views

Was here for ice fishing over the weekend. Property was typical lake house and listing was accurate. Checkin and communication with owner and property management was very responsive. Only issue we ran into was the elusive fish. Great time. Would stay again

It is better to wake at the “pond”

We had a great stay at the house. Great inside puzzles and TV kept us busy when it rained. Once the sun was out there was so much to do with the provided water toys, kayaks and paddle boards. Definitely a great place to stay in the water with all the comforts Of home!

no dish washer was a problem, went to do a load of laundry and there was no soap, it doesn't say that we could not light fire works and we spent 300 on them and could not use them. (neighbor said if was not allowed) no info on where we could see fire works in the handbook. the area was nice and the water was nice. the white towels for inside seen better days the outside towels were better

Lake House

Great Lake House with fabulous views of the lake from the kitchen dinning area and living room! Plenty of kayaks. Paddle boards and floats for everyone. Comfy beds. Looks like it’s in the process of being remodeled. Common areas are fresh with new comfy couches. Kitchen is very workable but no dishwasher. And limited cups and silverware. Hoping they redo the bathroom soon. 4 bedrooms plus a futon in the upstairs hall. Sandy shallow entry at the lake with solid dock and new inflatable swim float. Lots of out door seating.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet. We were greeted by ducks on the pond most days. It was conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and our relatives. A few things could be improved. The instructions listed a WiFi network that didn’t exist, but I found a QR code on the refrigerator that listed the correct one. The kitchen needs under the counter lighting which appears to have existed previously. The light over dining table didn’t work. Need microwave dish with a cover. Numerous TV channel changers in basket. I found two that worked & put them on top of table & moved rest below. Not sure about recycling, but I did separate the glass into an empty garbage container left inside the front door. Instructions would be helpful for recycling. I was concerned about the water system because it would often spurt like there was air in the pipes. It didn’t affect getting water or taking a shower. In spite of these minor problems we did have a wonderful time and I would stay here again.

Pleasant And Quiet, Beautiful and Inspiring Lake House

What an amazing overnight staycation.. My family and I were in South Portland for my mother's 80th Birthday party, myself, my wife, my brother, my son and his best friend. We pulled up to the property and I was surprising my wife with where I found us all room to spend together... Saturday night. She loved the scenic look from the deck. Then we went inside and everyone liked the house. I communicated a few times with the property owners and managers... Wonderful people. The house was perfect for us. We did have an issue, with the Internet not working at all, but we spent time talking and enjoying the TV as background noise. Wonderful family catch-up night. I woke up early Sunday morning, to watch the sunrise, and look at the lake... What a beautiful morning. We are thinking of booking for a week, for a real family vacation. Thank you for sharing your lovely house.
