Awesome Time in Delray

We had a great time on the property. Very comfortable. The house was large enough for my family of eight. We loved our home away from home. Thanks Brandon for being so accommodating.

Fabulous property, responsive manager

Family of 4 adults and 2 kids had a wonderful stay in this spotless, beautiful, perfectly appointed house. We were celebrating grandpa's big birthday, and there was plenty of room for all of us and for cousins to stop by. The house had everything we needed, and any minor glitches that naturally happen were rectified immediately. Brandon was terrific!

Awesome house and location!!

Our stay for girls trip with our young adult daughters in Delray was the best! The house was just as described, pool and location were great and Brandon was an amazing host! I messaged him several times with questions and he always got back to me immediately. Great bedrooms, great bathrooms, plenty of towels and dishes/glasses/utensils. Would highly recommend and I hope to go back soon. Thanks Brandon!!!

Perfect place to stay in Palm Beach

We used to live in South Florida and have been looking for a place to visit when we go back. This place is it!!! The host is great to work with. He is very accommodating and easy to work with. The house was PERFECT!! Enough space for a full family. Perfect location. Queit, peaceful and very clean. Also close enough to everything you would need. Don't bother looking at other places. This is it!! I just hope it's available the next time we are in town!! Thank you!!

Love this place

This place is amazing and the entire house is very cozy. They really did think of everything you can possibly need when on vacation. Lots of towels, plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, containers and everything you can possibly need to cook a full meal or bbq for the entire family. The pool was really nice specially at night. All the appliances are very modern, big washer and dryer. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. I could go on and on about all the things that we loved about this house but I will ended with this…we come to Florida at least twice a year and from now on this will be the place we are going to want to stay. Oh and the host Brandon was delight to deal with very, very responsive to any questions.

Beautiful and family friendly

The property is just as beautiful as the pictures. The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. I went with my husband our 4 year old and 11 month old son’s plus my parents and 22 year old niece. Everyone was impressed with the layout and bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a high chair and pack n play which was super convenient. The pool is awesome, we were in it every day. My son loved the sand by the beach chairs, he had a great time playing in it. The location is very close to the beach and down town, the home is on a quiet street, we didn’t see any neighbors out during our stay. The living room couch was huge and comfortable, after long days at the beach it was the perfect spot for the whole family to relax and watch a movie. My husband also wanted me to make sure to highlight the high quality 75 inch TV and that the wifi was impeccable by his techy standards. Brandon very responsive throughout our stay. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

5 Star Host Marginal property

The biggest disappointment was the uninviting outdoor space. The corner location is on one of the busiest north/south Avenues in Delray Beach and was separated from the outdoor pool area by a unsightly, termite damaged, weather beaten wooden fence. It is very noisy from constant truck, bus & car road traffic. A distraction we didn’t appreciate were the rats & iguanas often seen in the outdoor patio/pool area, in trees & on the roof. We enjoy a quiet, calming environment for reading and reflection, this rental didn’t offer that. Cleaning up excrement from the iguanas wasn’t an enjoyable experience and seeing rats and bait boxes at each end of the pool didn’t offer much comfort either. The mulch from surrounding garden beds, and hundreds of decaying figs and dried fig leaves that fall off the tree, required daily cleaning of the pool and patio. The rental property however, presented more challenges and greater tolerance than we expected for a house priced over $600 night for a one month stay, off season. The 70 year old, renovated house was clean. In spots it shows its age and has its quality issues. We’ve rented other homes in Delray at the same price point that offer a much more inviting outdoor space, quieter neighborhood and higher quality furnishings including entertainment systems and cable (not streaming only) TV. Also tubs were unusable due to clogged drains. Handyman used a liquid causing pungent odor for many hours and problem was never resolved during our stay.
