We’re glad you enjoyed the location and updated décor, but several aspects of the condo clearly fell short of the standard you should expect. The missed cleaning items, repeated ceiling leak, damaged screen door, nonworking burner, worn cookware, leaking sink, and limited hot water all deserve attention. We’re especially sorry that the water leak affected your bedding and shoes. Your detailed feedback will be shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams, as well as the owner, so the property can receive a thorough inspection.
