Large 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo, Steps From The Seawalk

This luxury Victoria condo has 1040 Sq ft of deluxe living space in it's well laid out 2 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, private laundry room, dining for six, breakfast bistro set, balcony looking out over Victoria Old Town, the Empress Hotel, Inner Harbour, and steps from the seawalk.
The condo is located in the Peninsula complex which is a 5 min walk over the Johnson Street bridge and to Victoria Old Town which is easy access to all the luxuries that will make your holiday or long term stay in Victoria an enjoyable one. You can't beat the area as you don't have the downtown street noise but it is only a 5 min walk to the heart of it!
Located directly on the boardwalk with access to the Galloping Goose Regional trail system. Take your choice, walk, bike, roller blade or kayak your way around the Greater Victoria Area. This is such a great complex we have three units here, which is great for large groups or extra large families needing two units.
You don't need a car, but if you want one there is secured underground parking included and an extra spot can be arranged if you need it. We are also located next to the Delta Ocean Pointe resort so if you don't want to cook dinner you can go and sit at the pub or get a little well-deserved pampering at their European style spa.
The furnishings are deluxe and comfortable. The living room has a 42' flat screen TV, DVD player, two recliner chairs and a lovely leather comfy sofa in the living room which pulls out to a sofa bed. The king master bedroom also has a flat screen TV, and a full en-suite.
The second bedroom can be either a king bed or made into two twins. Just let us know ahead of time and we will have it ready for you. The main bathroom has a lovely double walk-in shower.
You will only need to bring your personal items to this lovely unit. The laundry room is fully equipped for the short stays, the kitchen has some coffee, teas and spices, and the bathrooms have hand soaps.

Our Harbour View unit is located in one of the best spots in Victoria downtown as it is a 5 min walk to Old Town but is not on any of the busy downtown roads. All the guests love this bright unit and enjoy the Delta's restaurant, bar and spa next door. There is also the lovely sea walkway and the Victoria Harbour Ferry stop is right there too.
What makes this Condo unique
Our Harbour View unit has views of the Empress from both the master bedroom and also the patio. This unit has a very large floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Great place to stay
We loved this place - nice and quiet neighborhood (the only noise we heard were seagulls). Very clean and kitchen had everything we needed.
What you see is what you get!
This property was exactly as advertised. Clean,large and comfortable. Easy walk to main part of Victoria. Do not let the fact that the apartment is over the bridge stop you,from renting this apartment. Great walk-10 minutes to main part of town . Two things I would recommend
1. It is a pain in the butt to,have to, turn the key back to the lock box. Just let folks leave it at the apartment
2. It takes an engineer to work the TVs. Must be an easier way.
All things considered do not hesitate to rent this very fine property.
Dear Tom, you are spot on with your comments! With the new bridge it is a 7 min walk from this unit to Market Square. We now offer a Meet & Greet so if you prefer this option for keys please opt for this one next time. We have also changed TV providers so using the remote is easier.

Great place. Close to town, water taxis, and market. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Nice view from the master bedroom.
Food for thought....eat at The Keg and Cora's.

Lovely condo on the third floor. All rooms were exactly as pictured and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Just a 10-20 min walk to downtown and The Empress hotel and many restaurants. We wish we could stay longer!

Lovely, modern apartment & great location
We enjoyed our stay at this fantastic apartment! It is very clean and had everything we needed to prepare our own meals and feel comfortable and at home. The location is very convenient for touring Victoria. I highly recommend staying here!!
This complex is located just across the Johnston Street bridge, beside the Delta Oceanpointe Hotel. It is the closest condo building to downtown across the bridge so it is just 100m to Oldtown and away from the noise of clubs and traffic.
