The space

The living room is open and spacious with a sofa and loveseat to relax and enjoy the smart TV. This area opens to the fully screened lanai and pool area with BBQ. There are also a bathroom on ground floor.

Dining table seats 8 and another four at the breakfast bar. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.

This family friendly home also offers free WIFI.

*POOL HEATING

There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date.

***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING***

Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars. Also there is overflow parking about 250 feet down the same street. Street parking is available in many areas as well.

ENCORE AT REUNION: We do not offer access to club house or encore water park with this booking. This is house use only.

** BBQ GRILL

We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill upon request

If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. ( Extra cost)

**PET POLICY

PET FEE OF $170 per pet. Only small dogs under 40 pounds allowed.

Please inform us if you have a pet that is traveling with you.

Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged.
