It was a great place to spend with family. Plenty of room, everyone had their own bathroom we also had enough amenities in the kitchen to serve our big family. They are dogs friendly, furniture was very nice and our host was very accommodating.

The cleanliness of this home and the location are perfect. We ended up not having some family members not come due to illness but still had a great experience. The managing agent Carl was very responsive, and we appreciated that.

My family loved the Disney inspired decorations and all of the space. We were able to bring our 2 dogs which made it feel like home. Would definitely book again in the future.

This property was very spacious, and it accommodated my large family for Thanksgiving this year. The fact of having bathrooms in each bedroom was a major plus for the adults. Also, not that I had many questions, but when I did have any, prior to or after arriving, they were answered and handled timely. I would stay here again, plus recommend it for large groups.

This house was larger than expected which we loved. We LOVED the safety feature for the pool doors so we didn’t have to worry about our 4 and 3 year olds sneaking off to the pool. (They tried it one morning scared them and didn’t touch the door the rest of the trip!) The best suprise was it comes with two dishwashers, we cooked most meals there so that was great. We did have to go buy multiple utensils due to not having a spatula and a few other items. We loved that! We were told in the pre check in message we had access to club pool, which we did not. The AC did go out Saturday, but they sent a handyman out within a few hours to repair(thank goodness we were home when it happened!) would highly recommend to anyone going with family.

The stove need some servicing, it gets really hot on low and smokes up the room but other than that everything else was great!!

Beautiful home with more than enough space! All rooms have their own bathrooms which is a plus for a large group. Great location! Gated community with security that drives around the community all throughout the day and night. Driveway can fit 3 vehicles but if it’s a tight fit, a visitor parking lot is right around the corner. This home will definitely be my place to stay going forward when visiting Orlando.

Awesome week

The house was perfect for our big family we all had a room and bathroom. The ping pong table and movie room were wonderful we used it every night and the swimming pool and hot tub were loved by all. Location was also great. We have no complaints about our stay.

Nice location

The location is minutes away from Disney and local restaurants. Conveniently close to major highways. My stay was pleasant, there were some small issues which I have notified management with which should make future visitors more comfortable.

The place was cleaned but few light bulbs were out and the dryer was not cleaned out. Needs some more chairs, a desk for some of that have to work a little, also need more waste baskets. Not sure where to put the recycle items, there was no separate can. Host was responsive.

Great time with family

Great location. Great house. To access the clubhouse pool you need to go to the check in desk at the main hotel and get access cards. The door code needs to have the asterisk * after the numbers to get in. Fast response time with the host. They want to be sure you enjoy your stay.

Peaceful Family Time

This was a great family home and accommodated our family perfectly. The amenities were great and the house looked exactly like the pics. There was one issue that occurred with the wash machine but the host made sure we were well taken care of. Thank you. Will definitely book again!

Get away

The process was so simple as far as talking to the host JC and his response back to me was very straightforward. I really enjoyed my time there. I wish they told me to bring my own face and body towels . But it was a pleasure to stay there
