Our girls/cousins trip was fabulous!! There were 6 of us and each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. The house was clean and spacious and was decorated beautifully! The pool area was a bonus and made our stay even more wonderful! We will definitely be booking this house again.

I took my large family on our yearly family trip and had the Best time playing with my Grandsons in the heated pool....Special memories that I will cherish and last a lifetime!!! Thank you for letting me stay there

The 1st Gate Code did not work. Then we found the updated code. We were issued 2 different codes. We could not reach the Host. However, the couple working with the company was a "Life Saver".Additionally, the garage door does not open automatically. There were no instructions on how to open the door. Again, the couple at Administration was able to assist. The TV in the bedroom near the front door doesn't work.

We booked this villa due to the number of bedrooms in an area we know well from precious visits.Glad to say we were not disappointed. Villa was excellent and exactly as shown in images. Well appointed rooms and the pool area is very spacious and pool larger than normal for villas in The Shires. Sun on pool decking area all morning and most of afternoon.Furniture was in excellent condition and TV/Internet also good.Communication with host was very responsive.I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa, you will not be disappointed.West Haven (The Shires) within easy reach of Disney and Universal parks (25 and 45 mins respecrively) and loads of choices for restaurants in the Championsgate area.

Girls Trip

Amazing home! Community is quiet and great location to restaurants and shops Homef was fully stocked. Beds were incredibly comfortable and pool/lanai was perfect for morning coffee. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Graduation Weekend Bash

Everything was awesome!! My family and I loved everything minute. The home was clean, spacious and just rite. This is a beautiful property for family gatherings or family getaway. I will definitely rent this property again in the future.

Family holiday

Lovely big house superb location, nice size rooms, close to amenities and parks are 20-40 minutes depending on traffic on the I4, we went with 7 grandchildren they loved the pool area, not overlooked by neighbours, would recommend

Overall it was a great stay! The only problems was the refrigerator leaked which caused my son to fall from the water on the floor and the other problem it was hot in the house due to the heat index outside it should been turn down more but everything else was wonderful,

Family Christmas trip

Overall we had a great time. We had an issue with the pool heater but it got fixed and didn’t ruin our trip since we were at the parks most days

Family Reunion

This house met all our needs. It is a very quiet location. It is a large house with plenty of room for 9 adults. The restaurants and grocery stores are about a 10 min drive away.

Meeting of siblings

House was centrally located for sibling that lives in Cocoa, FL and also Sarasota. We visited Sarasota and Siesta Key Beach. We had a wonderful visit! We really enjoyed watching the Sand Hill Cranes that visited the grassy area 2xs a day. Also appreciated the quick responses when we called management.

Nice stay

This home was better than I had expected.In my opinion, the pictures don’t do it justice. The owners of the home did a great job in making sure the home was stocked with everything we needed, including garbage bags and laundry detergent. I have rented many homes, and this is the first home I’ve stayed in that provided all of those things. I would definitely recommend this home.

Great for family gatherings

Wonderful home, very spacious, allowing the family to watch television all over the house. However, we had a few issues. The garage was incomplete: no lights and door had to be lifted manually. Washing machine banged loudly with every wash. And we could have used more linens in the kitchen. However, overall, it was a very nice visit.

While this house is large and clean, it definitely could use some updating! To be more specific, carpet, rugs, and paint on walls. We paid the extra money to have the hot tub and pool heated and it was not warm enough for us to get in. The hot tub and pool are the same temperature and water was just too cold with paying extra for heated. We were not able to use either one. I did call and tell them and they said it was heated but was really short with me. I expected them to offer a refund for the heating since we could not use it but they did not.

The AC did not work in several bedrooms in the house. It appears the AC would not go lower than 72. It was fine during the day, but the nights were very warm. Additionally, it is probably time to replace the family room furniture. We have stayed at this location several time over the years and the reclining parts of the sofa did not work. We check the outlet, and it was plugged in so not sure why it did not work. But overall, it is a beautiful home, and we enjoyed ourselves.

Underwhelmed

Photos looked better than actual property. Property is tired and showing ware & tear. ZERO cleaning supplies, no dish soap, sponges, paper towels or disinfectant. No grill to use. Hot tub was cold left pool mostly unusable.

Thanks for your review however as previously advised, basic cleaning supplies are supplied and are present upon arrival. Whilst disinfectant is used by our cleaning company, it is not left in the property for safety reasons. A BBQ grill can be arranged and organised through an outside supplier if required by the guest, but it was not requested. Also, pool/hot tub heating is available as an optional extra as mentioned on the website and again on the Booking Confirmation although it was not ordered.

Nosey Neighbors

No complaints about the house, the listing is true, but there must be a Karen living next door. Our group of 50-year-olds had the cops called on us twice. The first call was a domestic dispute call, where someone told the police that they heard screaming, yelling and glass breaking, the cop came and went. In the next 5 minutes, another cop came to the house to address a noise complaint about our music. That cop also came and went, after walking straight to the back where the music was being played at the pool. Not cool! Oh and the key pad at the entrance to the community is older and has had much use - probably in need of replacement, if not repair.

After Christmas Family Trip

The home was very nice and met our needs, however; it could've been cleaned better. There was hair ties, trash under the beds, the pillows on the sofas were dirty, the ice/water was dirty/mold, the blinds to the patio door had a few gaps. The outside trash bins were already full.Called management company first night once voicemail picked up,the phone would disconnect. I finally spoke with Craig .the next day after i had to send a message to the owner. . I left 2 messages and still have not heard back. A plumber had to come out to replace a valve in the shower. This was an inconvenience because the couple had to use someone else's shower Friday night and Saturday. There were broken pieces of furniture that had been set up so when touched it looked like you may have broken it
