Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. While the ping pong table was temporarily removed due to damage from a prior guest, we always do our best to keep amenities in good working condition and updated. We understand your disappointment and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry to hear about the frustration you encountered with the television service during your stay. We completely understand how important this amenity is for you and your family, and we regret that the issue affected your vacation. Please know that we were actively working behind the scenes from the very beginning. Our team was in direct contact with DirecTV multiple times throughout the week. We were informed on several occasions that the issue had been resolved remotely, and we relayed that information to you in good faith. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until later in the week that we were told an in-person visit was necessary—and we immediately scheduled that with DirecTV. Their earliest available appointment was Saturday, and we ensured our team was present to provide them access to complete the work. We truly regret that the repair timing didn’t meet your expectations and that this created a sense of mistrust. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving communication and service for future guests. We're glad to hear the rest of the home and location met your expectations, and we hope to have another opportunity to better serve you in the future. Warm regards, Wonder Vacation Homes
