Great house! Amenities are perfect!

This was our first stay in Cape Coral and it was great!

We had a wonderful time at the home. John responded immediately to any of our questions and was very helpful. We rented a boat for the week so being right on the canal was really convenient. We took two 17 year olds and they had a blast in the pool and hot tub.

The house was comfortable and well stocked. The neighborhood was very quiet and made for nice evening walks.

Homey artsy feel to home.

Pool was 94 degrees! Home was very clean, well stocked for all of our needs. Quiet neighborhood. Sunsets and sunrises were gorgeous. Could even park the car in the garage. A piano was a fun surprise. Many games, puzzles, movies, books for lazy days at home. Open design led to many close family activities. 5 mins to movies, shopping, & dining. Incredible Gulf Coast beaches 1/2 hour away. I would easily & happily stay here again!

Outstanding vacation! Highly recommended!

The house is very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. We loved that there were a lot of books and movies to choose from. In addition, the Wi-fi connection was excellent. The most wonderful part of the house was the backyard with the warm pool overlooking an amazing canal. We actually saw dolphins in the canal! The neighborhood is quiet and the owner is a very nice person! We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!!!

living the dream

This was the first time we stayed in a home in cape coral.We absolutely loved this beautiful home.The location was great,right on a canal,and close enough to stores and dining.The neighborhood was very quiet.The home was roomy and well equipted with all the fundamentals for a relaxing vacation.The pool was the highlite for us,we swam in it several times a day.The trees and plants added to the privacy and were very beautiful.John was available for any questions we had.We hope to return next year for a month rental.

Great house and great location!

This house has a great location, super close to beaches (both in Fort Myers and Sanibel), restaurants and shopping. The house has everything you could need and is super comfy, it feels just like you were home. We spent most the time outside on the lanai and in the pool with the hot tub at night. Will definitely be back!

The rental property is in a very nice neighborhood of Cape Coral and is convenient to shopping

The property is very well maintained with a pool and hot tub that is serviced weekly as is the yard as well. It is very convenient to Veterans Blvd. and the midpoint bridge to Ft. Myers. Coral Point Mall is right up Del Prado Blvd. with a Publix and Walmart. Sanibel Island and Ft Myers beach is easily accessible as are many restaurants. The owner is very pleasant to do business with and is very attentive to any problems or questions that may arise.
