The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Hardwood floors run throughout. The kitchen was upgraded with quartz countertops along with stainless appliances. The fireplace in the living room is wood burning, a single fire log takes the winter chill off and lights up the living room beautifully.
The furnishings are a mix of Pottery Barn and family antiques. Dining room table can be extended to seat six people comfortably. The primary bedroom features a California King size bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The two smaller bedrooms both have full size beds and share a full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo.
The driveway fits three cars comfortably. The backyard is completely fenced, and landscaped with California natives and bird and butterfly friendly blooms. Enjoy the hot tub in privacy and some nights you will understand why Sonoma is called the Valley of the Moon. During the day or at twilight, watch out for the hummingbirds buzzing by!
