We absolutely loved staying at this home! Everything was perfect! The care the owners have taken to provide everything you could possibly need (and more!) to be comfortable and entertained is unmatched. Lovely furnishings, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, garage FULL of beach/outdoor toys, bikes and SO much more *chef’s kiss* Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, we will absolutely be back.

The unit was clean and well equipped with anything you might need. We loved the garage full of any beach items and gear that you may want, including the two bikes. That saves you from packing or renting beach items or gear. The pools and tennis court were nice. Thank you Andrew and Valery!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was clean and had plenty of space for us and a toddler! We loved that the home was toddler/child friendly (carpet on the staircase, toddler pool, child friendly cabinet locks, child cabinet), had a really well stocked kitchen (grilling tools, appliances, cooking items), and activities. The garage is equipped with everything your trip would need on the Island! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be delighted to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse vacation home. The garage full of beach supplies adds so much value and convenience to your stay. The beds are very comfortable. The pullout bed is easy to set up. The kitchen had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the coffee bar setup every morning. The home is located in the Waikoloa Beach resort, so lots of nearby amenities and restaurants. The house comes stocked with everything you may need for your stay. What a great home base to explore the beautiful island. Thank you!

Love the outdoor kitchens too!The owners were very responsive and worked with us for earlier arrival. Definitely a home away from home to enjoy this slice of heaven in the Big Island.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at this property. Andrew and his wife have done an incredible job preparing it for families to use while on vacation. The condo itself is very clean, beautiful and has everything you might need while on vacation in Kona. The neighborhood is also absolutely gorgeous.

Staycation

The condo was perfect, loved all the amenities! Everything you need for an amazing get a way. The only downside is parking and the temp of the pool, which is no fault of the Vrbo.

Thank you Ray for the kind comments. I’d like to add that there is an assigned parking spot adjacent to the condo. Probably the best parking spot out of any condo in Waikoloa Colony Villas. If extra parking is needed, you need to find a spot that is not reserved.
