We really enjoyed our stay! It was clean, comfortable, and the view was great. Our check-in was easy and staff is super nice.

Great views, close to main area of Kehei. Had issues, first night discovered broken arm on the recliner and next night a mouse chewed through a bag of chips and bag of popcorn which were taped closed. Called Coldwell Banker twice and was told their team would be in touch, they never did . Unfortunately this management company fell way short and won’t be going through them again

Great Condo and Great Location

This condo is as advertised. It's well-appointed and right on the beach. We loved the location as it was central to practically any direction we wanted to go. Should we make it back to Maui, we would definitely go back to this condo.

Excellent, would stay here again

Good communication, no surprises. Everything as advertised. We saw whales every day from the lanai. Condo had everything we needed, very comfortable.

All around excellent. Well supplied, clean, great location. Management was responsive when air conditioner did not work and resolved satisfactorily.

Amazing beachfront condo

Unbeatable views. Well appointed, furnished, provisioned. Bring binoculars - we saw whales every day from the lanai. Miles of beautiful sandy beach for walks. Resort is very quiet and peaceful at night - except for the sound of the waves - which we loved. Property is well maintained, nice pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, and grills. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Amazing views and beach access!

Had a great stay! Easy check-in/check-out process, listing was accurate and the unit was very clean. Plenty of towels and supplies provided and we were greeted with nice welcome gift! A/C was wonderful and having coffee on the lanai every morning with oceanfront views was amazing!! The building itself is old and when we arrived the water heater was broke (so nothing but cold water for about a day), but it was fixed fairly quickly and no other issues. We stayed here for easy access to the beach, but most everything else requires driving.

Feb 25 to Mar 9th Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach Resort #328. Our unit was everything as advertized. We spent many hours using the ocean front lanai looking for whales. The Sugar Beach property and grounds was clean and well kept. The hot tub and pool were great! The beach was great for walking. We liked the location of Sugar Beach Resort with it being close to the habor for going out on whale watches. Close to restaurants and shopping as well. Hope to come back again!

Outstanding!

We’ve stayed at numerous condos in Maui and 25 condos elsewhere. This property was the best equipped we have ever experienced in terms of amenities, kitchen utensils, appliances, supplies, for dishes, laundry, etc. just like being at home! It even had a safe in the bedroom. Very clean, newly upgraded, spacious and comfortable. The views from the lanai were breathtaking! Beach was amazing, miles of sand in either direction. Fantastic!!!

Magical Maui Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location on Sugar Beach in the middle of Maui couldn't have been better. Fabulous location. SB 328 was welcoming, the decor beautiful a very well maintained unit. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the lanai, and cocktails right before sunset - AMAZING views! We enjoyed all the amenities, including the welcome goodies were a pleasant surprise. Mahalo for everything!

Gorgeous views, and a cozy condo

We enjoyed our stay at the Sugar Beach Condos. Nothing could compare to the amazing view! But the condo was cozy, clean and well appointed. Very comfortable bed. Nice bonus that there was shampoo/conditioner/lotion for the guests. Check in/out was a bit rigid. But we were still able to check in a few hours early and check out an hour later. The facility itself had a beautiful pool and hot tub. Nice bonus to have a deli/bar on site as well as massage therapy and a concierge to help with activities. Easy parking. Beautiful beach to walk along! Very close to ABC store, Ululani’s Shave Ice, and Sugar Beach Bake Shop. We hope to return again sometime!
