Fully remodeled in September 2021, this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in Hale Kai O Kihei 210 welcomes you! This second floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. The location and proximity to the beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric, sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a beautiful, serene beach. Parking is right on property and free.

Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.) which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.

After a day at the beach you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 50” Smart TV.

A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full service grocery store.

Enjoy one of the world’s most coveted travel destinations in this professionally designed, well-appointed space.

Not only was this place immaculate and quiet, but being right on the beach with beautiful views made it exceptional. Owner provided many extras that were unexpected and much appreciated including kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies way beyond what is normal. I will try to book this place if and when I return to Maui.

This property is exactly how it looks in the photos. It has a very modern stylish design and the view is breathtaking. We spent some time every day out on the balcony enjoying the outdoors. Having the chairs, umbrellas and beach towels was very convenient. We enjoyed putting together a puzzle that was there too. The pool was warm and inviting. The other guests who stay at the development were really friendly as well. We enjoyed walking to some restaurants and there were many beaches that are close by. We cooked one dinner while we were there and the kitchen had everything we needed. The grounds are beautifully manicured. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredibly wonderful condo right on the beach in Kīhei! The condo was well stocked and incredibly comfortable for our stay. We had better sleep in the condo than our 1200 a night resort. The condo is in a great location that let us walk to breakfast and dinner spots and was central enough that it kept driving to other parts of the island easy.The condo was stocked with beach chairs and even a cooler that made our beach bum days relaxing and easy. The condo’s kitchen was stocked with quality equipment. Joe did a great job communicating all check in information and check out was easy.

What a wonderful place! Easy parking, great location, beautiful scenery. The building property is well-managed and clean. The unit was totally updated and very nice with all amenities. Having the cooler available and the snorkel gear was great. Would totally stay here again.

Hawaii was definitely an awesome experience. This room had amazing views right on the water! Watching the sunset the nice we were there were amazing so glad we picked a unit with air conditioners. I don’t think I could’ve slept down there without them!

The unit was tastefully furnished, appliances were good quality, and we really appreciated the welcome goodies and basic necessities, especially the coffee. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Grocery stores and restaurants were close by, but the best was the beach right outside our door! What a great view to wake up to. Joe was an excellent host, very helpful.

The property is set up perfectly. They have everything a VRBO should have. My only complaint is not their fault. The pool is pretty small and the beach is very shallow for swiming, but lots of nice beaches close by. Thanks Joe!

Our stay here was very relaxing. The condo was very clean and nicely updated. The view was priceless and made for beautiful sunsets and the beach access was very convenient, we saw multiple turtles while on the beach and whales jumping as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Joe is excellent to work with and very responsive.The property is amazing and its location is unbelievable. It is right on a beach you can walk for miles and a block away from wonderful restaurants and any store you will need or want.We will definitely be back.

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful condo in Kihei over Christmas 2025. Everything about our stay was perfect. The location could not be better, the unit is fresh, clean and beautifully done, and the host is very responsive and clearly wants the very best for his guests.

Our AC started having trouble on the day of check in. Joe quickly had someone out to look at it and even had us move to a similar open unit for quicker comfort. Both units were clean, updated, cozy and had fantastic views of sunset every night. I would definitely stay here again whenever we return to Maui!

Wonderful condo! Well supplied and decorated. The sofa bed was very comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor. Saw tons of whales! The moon was fabulous in the early morning! Easy access to the beach. I would stay here any time.
