Thank you Amy for staying in our rental property when vacationing in Crested Butte! I am glad you liked the condo! In case of supplies, we are providing starters of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hand sanitizer, 3 giant rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one giant, 3 part roll of paper towel. If our guests were running out we are always phone call away and can provide more.

Dear Guest, I do apologize again for all the inconveniences you have experienced thru your stay at this property. I wish you have contacted me after my first message on July 11th and discuss the situation. To your comment about appliances: All appliances in the kitchen are in great working condition. What you had issue with was the fridge. Unfortunately it was NOT our fault. Someone from your group did not close fridge door correctly and temperature in the fridge started to rise. You have confirmed freezer was working well. This unit is side by side fridge/freezer with ONLY one compressor. That means if the unit would be broken neither fridge or freezer would be working, which was not the case. As you confirmed in the morning fridge was back in normal temperature. After your check out we had the fridge checked by technician, who confirmed what I just described. We did NOT make you to fix anything. You have texted about the issue at about 9:21 pm, I was trying to give you some hints what to do (I was NOT trying to make you fix the fridge). I even offered to come to look at it at 10:30 at night, you declined. Well in the end NOTHING was wrong with the fridge, it was fauld on your side not closing the door properly. Painting: I texted you on July 11th, one day prior your arrival, when I found out that HOA is painting the buildings and there is a movement and machinery around the building and parking is very limited and asked you to park about 50 yards away from the building on lower parking lot. You did not responded anything to this information. When you texted upset message in the morning of July 13th I offered if you like to leave I will refund you. again not respond. I did refund you one of your two nights stay for inconvenience with painting and all what went with it. If you read any other review, I am sure you would agree this situation was completely out of line . I am apologizing again for this not the best experience. I wish you the best Property management.
