Welcome to a beautifully remodeled apartment in the heart of vibrant Kansas City. This thoughtfully updated home offers a modern living space that exceeds expectations.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and bright open-concept living area. Contemporary finishes create a welcoming ambiance.
The kitchen is a highlight, with brand-new stainless steel appliances and ample cabinetry. This kitchen inspires culinary delights.
I am available from 8am through around 9pm 7 days a week. I do my best to respond within minutes. Occasionally, it takes longer.

You will be given a code to the front door to enter the building. Once inside, there are a few stairs up to the first floor. You will also be issued a unique, 4-digit code that unlocks the electronic deadbolt to your apartment.

Home base
My stay was to visit friends/family in Kansas City for 8 days. I picked the apartment because it was close to people and places in the Hyde Park area, like Westport and Country Club Plaza close by. New coffee shops and other small businesses are starting up on Troost-the next street over. Very easy access to Rt 71, main streets to downtown Kannsas City and areas south of Hyde Park. I cooked 2 out of 3 meals most days at the apartment and found kitchen furnishings great. Due to my spending a lot of time at the apartment during the week, I would have liked a larger table for "workspace", though the table was ample for eating. The bed was firm and great. The shower and bathroom overall were great. I was there over Halloween and activity was moderate. I had no direct contact with residents in the apartment building. Rob, the property owner, was very helpful with a few questions when I first arrived and during the week. There was no railing for the steps from the sidewalk.
