You'll be welcomed by a very large living room with a stone wall fireplace. 3 extra-large bedrooms with king beds in each room gives you plenty of space to spread out. Large deck with seating and a grill to enjoy the nice weather. This home is close to highways and Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadiums to catch your favorite team play. There are several close restaurants and grocery stores nearby for all your dining needs.

Beautiful place, very homey. Comfortable king size beds in every room. Beautiful, big back yard. Located near convenience stores, shopping centers, and parks. Calm and quiet neighborhood. We stayed the week for a boxing tournament and will most definitely stay here again next year.

This cottage was just what we needed for our 10 day stay. When something was missing or needed, our host was quick to our answer our requests and quick to provide what was needed. Appliances and supplies were furnished, and due to our longer stay, the use of the washer and dryer were perfect. Bedrooms were perfect for us and beds were large and soft. We will consider this place again if we are staying in the Kansas City, MO area.

This place was absolutely perfect for our little family. There was plenty of room for me my, husband, our 2 frenchtons. Sometimes when you get a pet friendly place it is a nightmare. This house is clean and it has 0 smell which we Ioved. Also the privacy fence is a god sent for our pups. The beds were wonderful and really comfortable. And the water pressure in the shower was to die for. It had everything we needed. We would 10/10 recommend!!

The residence was pet friendly and had an excellent layout for my elderly parents. It was all one level and 2 bedrooms were near the bathroom for them. The bedrooms were big and beds were comfortable

The house was great—could have used a few more items that would have made the stay easier. There were no kitchen towels and no hand towels in the bathroom.. The house itself is very cute and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Maybe a bit more furniture in the bedrooms would make them feel more comfortable.

Unfortunately, we did not have heat during our stay and ultimately had to leave early because of it. While I do appreciate that the host attempted to find someone to fix the issue and generally communicated well, that didn’t change the fact that the home was not as we expected. Communication did become a bit snippy when we let her know we would be requesting a refund, which was disappointing. (Refund was issued)Beyond the heating issue, the property felt like it wasn’t fully ready for guests. There was an empty can left in the grill, ants around the sink, and a toilet that hissed throughout the night. We also didn’t find extra blankets, and there were already opened drinks in the fridge (a half bottle of wine and an opened Mountain Dew), which made the space feel less clean and prepared.On a positive note, the linens did feel clean and the beds were comfortable, which we appreciated.Overall, while there were some positives, the lack of heat and general condition of the home significantly impacted our stay.

Great stay

The house was perfect for myself and my 2 daughter in laws for a long weekend getaway! We all had our own space to relax and living room was large enough to enjoy. Only suggestion would be the bathroom could use a little updating but nothing to hinder our weekend!
