You'll be welcomed by a very large living room with a stone wall fireplace. 3 extra-large bedrooms with king beds in each room gives you plenty of space to spread out. Large deck with seating and a grill to enjoy the nice weather. This home is close to highways and Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadiums to catch your favorite team play. There are several close restaurants and grocery stores nearby for all your dining needs.

Property as described

House was exactly as described. Location isn’t the most desirable. Worked perfectly for my family in town for a basketball tournament.

Great convenient home in Independence

This was a very enjoyable staying a convenient Independence location. The bedrooms are quite large, the beds very comfortable. It was very delightful to just order food and enjoy a meal with friends in the windowed dining room, or just sit in the warm sun on the back deck! I look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful stay for a Chiefs game!

What a cute and cozy place. Took us 15 minutes to get to the game and there were numerous local restaurants nearby. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The home is nice and it was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms are spacious and comfy so it was nice to be able to spread out. Nice and clean home away from home

Very clean, good location for visiting Truman library and KC area. Great yard if travelling with your canine family members. Easy to find, all communication quickly answered. Would stay here again!

Nice & Clean Place

The property was clean and nicely provisioned. The only minor thing is that there are train tracks close by. I’m a light sleeper, so I did wake up a time or two. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

Spacious home for family stay, location not great

The house was very spacious and equipped with all the basics including floor fans in all the bedrooms! Check in and check out was seamless. I also appreciated there wasn't a lot of extra "junk" in the house. The closets and drawers were empty making room for our things and it didn't feel like we were just squatting in someone else's house. The landscaping was extremely overgrown along with the grass in the backyard which made it difficult for the kids to play. It's located across from a school which made me feeler safer about the location but overall the area wasn't great. It was adequately clean but could use a deep clean as there were lots of dust bunnies lurking and spider webs in corners.

Cozy cottage

We had a great stay in the comfort of this cozy home. Our teenage girls had their own room on the opposite side of the house and our boys had their own space. House was very cozy with comfortable beds, comfy couch.

Enjoyed

Overall a great place to stay. Would have been nice to have something to put a suitcase on or a dresser. I would suggest at least two rolls of TP. Only had one and we needed another one, but I brought a few of my own just in case it was cheap sandpaper type TP. So glad it wasn’t the one ply cheap stuff! 😀 We were very comfortable in the house and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Cara was very quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you

Home in Independence, MO

Spacious uncluttered bedrooms- home located across from a school-large fenced in yard nice for a dog- large sunny deck with functional gas grill off of laundry room-easy unload and load via front door with no steps- railroad train tracks near back yard with one to two passing trains at night, but not too loud- well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the uncluttered space made available to visitors.
