You'll be welcomed by a very large living room with a stone wall fireplace. 3 extra-large bedrooms with king beds in each room gives you plenty of space to spread out. Large deck with seating and a grill to enjoy the nice weather. This home is close to highways and Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadiums to catch your favorite team play. There are several close restaurants and grocery stores nearby for all your dining needs.

Beautiful place, very homey. Comfortable king size beds in every room. Beautiful, big back yard. Located near convenience stores, shopping centers, and parks. Calm and quiet neighborhood. We stayed the week for a boxing tournament and will most definitely stay here again next year.

This cottage was just what we needed for our 10 day stay. When something was missing or needed, our host was quick to our answer our requests and quick to provide what was needed. Appliances and supplies were furnished, and due to our longer stay, the use of the washer and dryer were perfect. Bedrooms were perfect for us and beds were large and soft. We will consider this place again if we are staying in the Kansas City, MO area.

This place was absolutely perfect for our little family. There was plenty of room for me my, husband, our 2 frenchtons. Sometimes when you get a pet friendly place it is a nightmare. This house is clean and it has 0 smell which we Ioved. Also the privacy fence is a god sent for our pups. The beds were wonderful and really comfortable. And the water pressure in the shower was to die for. It had everything we needed. We would 10/10 recommend!!

We thoroughly e noted our stay. The 3 beds were so comfortable, and the house was exactly what we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook throughout our stay. Cara was quick to respond!

The residence was pet friendly and had an excellent layout for my elderly parents. It was all one level and 2 bedrooms were near the bathroom for them. The bedrooms were big and beds were comfortable

The house was great—could have used a few more items that would have made the stay easier. There were no kitchen towels and no hand towels in the bathroom.. The house itself is very cute and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Maybe a bit more furniture in the bedrooms would make them feel more comfortable.

The house was not clean. I messaged the host immediately after arrival. It was gross to have to find the vacuum and broom before taking our shoes off or anything. She offered to come vaccum and said they hired a new cleaning company. Which clearly no cleaning had been done at all there. It was a situation that made the house feel gross. There were lots of bugs randomly in the house. Several blinds were broken thoughout the house. As well as things not working properly, internet, and dishwasher to name a couple. The house was nice. It was just not clean at all.

House was very spacious and conveniently located. Gas, grocery stores, and fast food close by. Easy drive to Arrowhead/ Kauffman. Neighborhood was quiet. Could hear a train on occasion but that was really the only noise. Fun layout. Two bedrooms are close by and near bathroom. With the other being on the other side of the house. Which is nice if someone needs some space from the other areas. Rooms are very spacious! We did not use the kitchen so I cannot speak on that but did have the basics we needed. Fenced in backyard is large and good for play. Host responded fast. This was a great stay, we would recommend!

Great stay

The house was perfect for myself and my 2 daughter in laws for a long weekend getaway! We all had our own space to relax and living room was large enough to enjoy. Only suggestion would be the bathroom could use a little updating but nothing to hinder our weekend!

We were very pleased with size of house and location. Not a criticism, but a suggestion would be to place benches, luggage racks or other furniture in bedrooms. We were four mature (old) ladies and having to have our luggage in the floor was a little difficult. We had a great time visiting your city.

Comfortable house in a rundown neighborhood. The house was nice - very comfortable beds. There was a smell in the house (there were air fresheners in every room). The house had the basic supplies for a stay.
