It has a large backyard and beautiful wraparound porch and is within walking distance to all things Lafayette (multiple breweries, restaurants, a distillery and cidery, rec. center, Wow! Children's Museum, Great Outdoor Waterpark, and more!) The house is well-appointed, stylish, and cozy!
