Top Floor Beachfront Condo with Ocean view

Nani Kai Hale is a six-story condo located directly on the beautiful Sugar Beach in Maui. The suite is a cozy 1 bedroom, 2 baths, nicely furnished, top floor condo conveniently located on oceanfront in North Kihei with spectacular ocean, sunset, and mountain views. The south-central location is perfect for guests who want to conveniently explore all of Maui. Dining or shopping in Kihei, Wailea, and Lahaina, exploring Haleakala volcano or golfing at world class courses are all within a few miles.

You'll enjoy spectacular ocean views from the lanai or oceanfront lawn. The wicker chairs and side table on the lanai are for your comfort while you enjoy the scenery. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are available for guest use on the lawn, and we'll provide additional beach chairs to use on the long stretch of white sand beach that borders the resort.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, HD flat-screen television, Split AC, plenty of dresser drawer storage, and an attached master bathroom. In the living room, the couch converts to an additional queen bed (sofa-sleeper with memory foam mattress), ideal for the occasional overnight guest or small children, a large HD flat-screen television, split AC and access to a full secondary guest bathroom.

This unit features a full kitchen with big supply. In this space, you'll enjoy a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and other small appliances. Additionally, we provide all of the necessary cookware and utensils to cook and serve meals. This unit has a dining table that can comfortably seat 4 adults.

From the lanai, you'll enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the ocean view to your south. From this vantage, keep an eye out in the winter time for breaching humpback whales, which migrate to the warm waters of Maui to mate and give birth to their calves. You can also relax in a chaise lounge, or take a dip in the ocean or the heated pool. Watch the sunset from your lanai or join other guests at our beach front barbecue and dining area. With three gas grills and a patio with tables and chairs, beach front dining is easy and pleasurable.

Condo was great, clean, and wonderful views of the ocean and beach! The condo had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Krystal kept me informed throughout and even left us a note and gift as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary when we arrived.I recommend anyone to stay there when staying in Kihei!

The condo is directly on the beach with very nice views. It's about 4 miles from any restaurants and bars but the drive is very easy.

This property is like a home away from home. Right on the beach beautiful view. The bed was awesome with two bathrooms and a very adequate kitchen. It was close to restaurants and activities. We will definitely come back again.

We absolutely loved our stay in Kihei! The property was perfect from start to finish, and the beach was absolutely amazing. We especially enjoyed the beautiful lawn area with plenty of chairs and loungers—it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We even grilled out every night and made the most of the property!Steve, the property manager, was incredibly friendly and clearly takes great pride in keeping everything so well cared for. Kristal was also wonderful—she was quick to respond to any questions or inquiries and made sure everything was taken care of. We especially appreciated how she kept us informed with updates regarding the potential hurricane, which gave us great peace of mind.We truly love this place and had such a wonderful experience. It felt comfortable, relaxing, and well cared for throughout our entire stay. We will absolutely be back and look forward to making this our go-to place whenever we return to Maui. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay. Kristal was really helpful, both with questions about the condo and with suggestions of things to do. Great mid island location; we went to both sides of the island from here. Condo was stocked with essential items, which was much appreciated. Beautiful view and easy beach access. Highly recommend!!

We can truly attest that this is the perfect property if you are looking for a beautiful view, long quiet walks on the beach, and a comfortable and friendly environment! The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed for a day at the beach (towels, cooler, ice packs, beach chairs). We had no issues requiring the onsite manager but he was always around to have a friendly chat with. The owner was also friendly and available at a moments notice which eased our minds for a worry free vacation. The information and pictures online are accurate and we highly recommend this property!!

Great location, very comfortable

We enjoyed staying here. It was located around 30 min from everything we planned to do so it was so convenient. We loved relaxing and looking at the ocean too. It was nice and clean too. The owner and the property manager were very nice and very helpful.

As a young girl growing up on a farm, I had a PenPal from Hawaii. We continued to stay in touch and when I turned 18, I was able to venture to Hawaii to meet her. I remember the sweet smell of the area and all of the beautiful flowers. I would then continue to visit Hawaii year after year.
