Island Description
Spanish Wells is very safe island. The island has a beautiful 2 mile long white beach on the north side of the island. Short walk to shopping and dining. Lobster fishing is the main industry on the island. You will find three churches on the island and 4 bars. It is a peaceful place to get away from city life and enjoy island living.
f you like any kind of fishing ,Adventuring or just relaxing at the beach soaking up the sun and the sea this is the place to come!

Transportation
The island is easy to get to with daily air service to North Eleuthera from Ft. Lauderdale, Miami or Nassau, Bahamas airports. Flight time is approx. 1 hour. The airport is serviced by continental express turbo(silver air) prop service with 19 and 30 passenger aircraft, and American Eagle . After you arrive at North Eleuthera Airport , no more worries!We will arrange your transportation! Davids taxi service will be at North Eleuthera airport to pick you up and bring you to the ferry for $25 and the ferry ride to Spanish Wells is $5 per person. Total time for Davids Taxi and a water taxi is 25 minutes. We will meet you guys at the dock and carry you to the cottage!. A great place for relaxing and enjoying the Bahamas!
