LOCATION
Centrally located in Casa de Campo (Cajuiles area), ten minutes from Minita’s Beach, the Tennis Club, and Marina. 3minutes from The Links and Teeth of the Dog golf courses.

THE VILLA
500 Square Meters is set on its grounds, with a large (1,000 sq. Meters) tropical garden surrounded by more than ten palm (coconut) trees and a parking area.

LIVING
- Large Living Areas: Dining Room, Living Room, patio, and one enclosed porch flooded with natural light and ample seating areas.
- Large family room on the second floor, overlooking gardens and even the cruise ships at a not-so-far distance!

SLEEPING ( 4 Bedrooms with MAX 10 P.)

- Downstairs: One bedroom with two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.
- Upstairs: Three Master bedrooms: 2 with a King-size bed and 1 with 2 full-size beds, all with en-suite Bathrooms.

OUTSIDE: Tropical garden and heated jacuzzi area

APARTMENT: There is an attached apartment, that rents separetly. If you need more space, it is availble for rent at a discount if you rent the villa.

HOUSEKEEPING
A housekeeper takes care of light cooking if needed or cleaning the villa. (8:00-5:00)

TIPS: Tipping is highly customary and appreciated in the Dominican Republic, especially in tourist areas, to reward service staff who often earn low wages.

GARDEN: A gardener tends the garden and Jacuzzi.

FYI: This is a private home, not a hotel, and we don´t have the resources of a hotel. We do leave our housekeeper with you, but don´t expect sheets and towels to be replaced daily. The housekeeper guarantees a clean house and good service.

* GUEST REGISTRATION
All guests renting private villas or apartments at Casa de Campo must register with the Villa Owners Club, and for a small daily fee, are granted full access to resort areas and amenities.

COSTS AND INCLUSIONS
Per person, per day rates are:

$30/ adult (12 years of age and older)
$15/child (Between 4-12 years old)
Free—children under 4 years of age

The registration fee must be paid before entering the property and can be paid at the Villa Owners Club office located in the main resort area. The office is open daily from 8:30 a.m.-10:00 p.m. (extended hours possible with 24-hour advance notice).

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of their stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

Personalized service from the Villa Owners Club concierges to coordinate transportation, reservations at restaurants, sports, and entertainment activities. Access to golf courses, including reservations at special rates. Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners. Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach. Use of complimentary internal transportation, Golf cart rentals for transportation within the resort (subject to availability), Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities. Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center
