We had a great trip. The villas layout is wonderful. Very attractive and clean. Loved walking in the yard in the morning, and sitting in the yard in the evening, makes for some beautiful pictures. I only wish there was a ladder, cause I definitely was eyeing those coconut trees. Make sure u book the cart when booking, Catherine assist with that, the location is close to everything, but u need the cart! Really a wonderful stay n we’d definitely go back.

I had a fabulous time at this villa. The location is excellent, close to the hotel and golf course. Cynthia was the most helpful host I have ever experienced. She was a great communicator both before and during the trip. The thing I liked most about the villa was how spacious it was. There were several living areas which worked well for us. My sons had to work remotely 2 of the days and they had plenty of space to do so. The housekeeper Kenia was very good. She did all my dishes and kept the place very clean. She does not speak much English but I just used Google Translate on my phone or let my daughter in law (who speaks some Spanish) do the talking. The weather there was so nice-warm but not hot during the day and cooling off a bit at night. Minitas Beach is a treasure - with great sand, 2 great pools and beachside chairs and umbrellas as well as beachside service for drinks and lunch. I would absolutely go back.

A terrific vacation stay!

We're very familiar with Casa de Campo, and this villa checked all of the boxes for a family getaway. A very charming house, with a lovely screened-in living room that was perfect for us, whether for reading, playing board games, or dining. The villa owner was extremely responsive to all of our needs. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Cynthia’s villa in Casa de Campo and would absolutely return.The home is incredibly spacious, with plenty of comfortable common areas for relaxing and spending time together. It was consistently kept clean, and we especially appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms. The backyard is beautiful with a well maintained hot tub, and having a bottled water dispenser available was a very convenient touch.Kenia, the housekeeper, was a highlight of our stay. She is sweet, warm, and very helpful. She prepared breakfast for us on several mornings, which made our stay feel extra special, and she helped us with laundry.The location is excellent — close to the hotel lobby pool, the equestrian center, the beach, and the pickleball courts, all of which we enjoyed. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet.Cynthia was a fantastic, responsive host. She arranged a trusted taxi driver, helped us secure a golf cart rental at a great rate, and assisted with all the logistics and administrative details. When a major snowstorm back home disrupted our travel plans and left us unexpectedly stranded, she was incredibly accommodating and flexible in helping us extend our stay. We felt very fortunate to be staying with her during a stressful time.Overall, a beautiful experience and we would happily stay again. We felt right at home in her wonderful villa!

Happy your snow delay was less dramatic thanks to the great communication we had; that is something I greatly appreciate and do make things go so much easier. Although is not my dutty to get taxis and golfcarts, and sometimes is bit of a hassle, I love to try to make your stay as smooth as possible, and hopefully uneventful so you can concentrate in enjoying your time at the villa and at Casa de Campo. Wonderful Villa in Casa de Campo

My family and I have been to Casa de Campo several times over the last ten years, usually staying in a different villa. This was our first experience with Cynthia, the host, and Kenia, the housekeeper/cook for this villa. Cynthia was incredibly responsive to any requests for help during our stay, she could not have been nicer. Kenia tended to our breakfasts and was so sweet. The house is immaculate and the location is great, an easy walk to the hotel and Teeth of the Dog! We could not recommend a villa more postiviely in Casa de Campo.

Great family place

Our group of 8 spent the week between Christmas and New Year here and enjoyed the spacious rooms, and easy access to all of Casa de Campo’s amenities. The golf cart made it easy to get to beach and Altos de Chavon. We also rented a car because we were doing other traveling and that made it easy to get supplies in town, etc. We really enjoyed the meals prepared for us - delicious Dominican breakfast, Christmas eve feast and enough food for many other meals. A great week in a great place - family vacation perfection! A special thanks to Cynthia, the owner/manager who was VERY helpful and responsive. She was a big part of making it a 5-star stay!

Casa de Campo

During a rainstorm, the roof leaked at least two rooms. There was no hot water in all showers except one. The golf cart that I rented of $50 a day went about 4-5 miles an hour. Housekeeper that came with the house didn’t make beds or clean bathrooms or do laundry. I think the owner tried hard but the experience was not great

I am so sorry and saddened to hear that you had a very diferent experience than your wife during your 3-night rental. I spoke with your wife during your stay and she was really happy, and understanding of the fact that do to the very heavy tropical storm with high winds, that you experienced, some roof clay tiles had lifted atop one of the bedrooms, allowing a small amount of water in, I did send someone to look at that the same morning, it was reported , they did not see any water but managed to see the problem in the roof and it has been addressed. As for the water heaters: You were only two couples using only two bedrooms who share a big brand-new (2 showerheads - 2 faucets) inline water heater, if heater was working for one bedroom it was working for the other one, maybe you did not allow enough time for it to travel, and perhaps opened too much the cold water. We have checked for over two weeks of continuous use and have not been able to replicate what you seemed to have encountered. As for all other water heaters if the bedrooms, where they are in, are not been used, there are set to off. I give specific instructions when you check-in on your need to leave them on and not turn the off by mistake, again there where off, and those are tank water heaters, so they need time to heat the water when off. All water heaters are in good working condition... I am so sorry, I did not know about this and you did not reach out, I would have been able to help you out on this. Now besides the villa golfcart, you rented and outside golfcart, you did reachout on this, as I did help you with the rental, and a new cart was delivered within 20 minutes by the rental company. Overall, I wish there had been better communication as it is the only way I can be of help! As for the housekeeper, she only enters room when asked. As must people don’t want her to go into their rooms. I asked you if you wanted her to do the rooms and received no response, but I spoke to your wife and she said she was fine and that she and the other woman did not leave their bedrooms until afternoon which wouldn’t have given the housekeeper time to do bedrooms anyways. Again, I am very saddened! I always strive to help my guests have the best experience, but sometimes things like weather and cart rentals are out of my control, but matters do get addressed in a timely fashion. If there was something I could have done better, and there had been better communication, I would have done everything possible to address them. I do hope, that you at least enjoyed everything Casa de Campo has to offer. Best

Lovely stay in Casa de Campo

The location of this villa is first class with a short walk to the Casa de Campo golf courses and main hotel. The street is dark and we checked in at night making finding the villa a little challenging. With a little help, we settled in and enjoyed our stay. The villa has plenty of space and is very clean. Air-conditioning in each bedroom is excellent. One of the great highlights was having Kenia, housekeeper, and chef, prepare breakfast each morning. Do not miss this excellent treat. The property manager did everything she could to assist us with our stay. Having a golf cart available was very nice. But you will also need a car. Another great benefit was flexibility over the Christmas holidays. Overall a really delightful visit. Very hospitable and accommodating.

Perfectly Located to the Main Resort!

The accomodations were clean and comfortable. The yard beautiful and relaxing! The availablity of the cook was a GREAT part of the experience as her meals were delicous! The avilablity of the golf cart made getting around easy and only 3 minutes from the main resort where many events were held for the wedding. It was a wonderful memorable experience. The host was superb in dealing our requests. The resort takes their security very seriously, so if you have visitors, you need full names, passport numbers and possibly license plate numbers for access that has to be communicated by email. This is a good thing! Staying off the main hotel property was not an inconveneince at all. We'd definitely return for another vacation at Casa de Campo & work with Cynthia (villa owner)!

8 nights summer getaway - 2 families

This property was perfect for my Family & Friends Trip: 5 adults, 4 kids (ages 4,6,7,9). We were highly satisfied with value we got from this property. Marisol and Diana, housecleaning and cook, did a good job during the week keeping the property clean and following our instructions for food preparation (If you hire Diana as cook, you have to try her Sancocho!). The location of the property is fantastic, 7-8 minute drive on the golf car to go the Playa Minitas Beach (Casa de Campo Beach with bar service, Swimming Pool, Food Trucks and Ice Cream Corner), 5-7 minute drive the Hotel Swimming Pool (wet bar and kids pool), 5-7 minute drive the Golf Driving Range. The house met all our expectations. The communication with the owner was flawless. When we were at the airport waiting for our flight back to Miami, we realized our kids had forgotten their iPad at the villa. The property owner helped us to retrieve it in no time. I will definitely stay again at this property and I will recommend it to friends and family.

Balance between price and quality is excellent

Villa is large and accommodating, has a large backyard and a big Jacuzzi... we did enjoy every minute of our very long stay and are already making plans to come back to this villa for the holidays. I highly recommend it as a greatly priced and accommodating villa!

Hi, I am Sonia, and together with my husband Carlos we built this Villa. My family and I have been in Casa de Campo for more than 30 years as we not only owned and built our two villas but my husband built many others throughout Casa de Campo. My kids are all grown and live all around the world, but whenever they take vacation, there is only one place they want to be, and that is our Villa. We have enjoyed many happy times at Casa de Campo, and I am sure you and your loved ones will do as well. The Villa is centrally located, only a 5 minute walk to the hotel, and golf courses. You can go for a sunset walk from the backyard towards the Teeth of the Dog golf course and enjoy an incredible husband and I, do this every day we are there. Ask me for tips on how to go about it. Note, you should only take this route early mornings or around 5:00 pm not to disturb golfers
