Please refer to Beach Paradise #1, 2 & 3 for more dates and bigger parties. Can book multiple rooms. This is a small cozy one bedroom fully furnished living space with 2 full-sized beds and a large pullout couch that sleep 4 comfortably, but can accommodate up to 5 guests (for those that can manage). The living room contains a comfy couch, coffee table, and smart tv. Included in the apartments are personal washer and dryers. The bedroom contains its own tv and fan. Newly added A/C and heating!

Fantastic location! Awesome thrift store right next door. Comfortable couch pull out and bunk bed set! Plenty of room. Great host!

Our stay was nice, and the VRBO was exactly as described. While it is technically three blocks from the beach, these are definitely not short city blocks—it is a bit of a walk. If you’re bringing chairs, coolers, or other beach gear, I would recommend having someone drop everyone and the gear off at the beach, then return the car and walk back.One of the best features was the secure, gated parking. We really appreciated having it, especially in such a busy beach community. We walked around Pacific Beach quite a bit and saw a noticeable homeless population. There were only a couple of moments when I felt slightly uncomfortable, but overall, we enjoyed the neighborhood and had a great time. Pacific Beach is always fun, and we would consider staying here again.

The place itself was nice, but we got no sleep the entire time due to a ton of kids renting out all the apartments next to us for 9 weeks. They were SO loud, screaming, crazy loud music, every single night until between 4-5am. It put a huge damper on our trip, since we were all exhausted everyday. If you plan on going there soon, I’d think twice about it. Otherwise, the place was clean and close to everything.

The property was clean and had everything we needed for a stay in PB. Although it is located in an active area at night, there is a gated parking area directly in front of the rental. It is walking distance to the beach and all it has the offer.

Great place to stay with excellent location. Hosts were very responsive. On site parking secure definitely a bonus!
