Awesome place to stay with kids or just to relax.

Property was clean and well kept. Communication with owner was perfect. They kept us well informed the whole trip. Being next to the Caddo River was really fun...swimming and tubing a must. Location is perfect distance to many attractions.

Beautiful location

The house was quite nice, everything was just as reviewed by others. It is a bit of a walk to the water, but well worth it. Communication was great, we kayaked, explored Hot Springs and soaked up the peace and quiet.

loved the cabin

The water was a far walk from the cabin which we didn't expect. Some people didn't get to go to the creek since we couldn't drive on the property to get closer but overall it was a great vacation. Cabin was perfect for the amount of people we had.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at the property! It was very nice and clean! The beds were very comfortable. The master bath was amazing! Our boys loved the loft. Given the drought, there wasn’t as much water as there normally is at the swimming hole, but we still enjoyed walking down to it. We saw plenty of deer on and around the property. All in all, it was a very relaxing stay and we will be back for a longer stay next time!

Quick getaway

The Lazy Bear Cabin is a well appointed cabin at the Caddo River. The property provides private access to an outstanding swimming hole and has lots of large and small mouth bass. It is a great location to rent for a private weekend or a larger group as there are other adjoining properties for rent. I highly recommend. KB

What makes this property unique

The river is about 330 feet from the home, the property extends to the mid point of the river. Just on the other side of the stand of trees. The pebble beach in the pictures, is just on the other of the trees.
