Santa Clara - New

Property was newly renovated, clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed our 4 night stay. Would highly recommend for couple or small family. New appliances-well stocked. 5 star!!

Perfect Location for College Move-In

I traveled to Santa Clara University this weekend to start my Junior year and needed a place to stay with my family before the dorms opened. The location of the house was PERFECT. Far enough away from the craziness of campus but still very central to all of Santa Clara. It was very quiet, private, and spacious. 5/5 stars. Perfect place to stay for a long or short time in Santa Clara.

Incredible Value/Hidden Gem

I was very impressed with my stay!!Our host was perfect with a very easy check in and check out process. My colleague and I needed a place within driving distance to the NVIDIA GTC conference, and this property was absolutely perfect! Parking along the street was very easy, and there was no traffic. The neighborhood was warm and inviting. It was easy to relax or get work done.I needed to pick up some essential items I inadvertently left at home, which was no problem at all! This property is conveniently located near a familiar national department store/grocery store (Target) as well as boutique shopping, mainstream fast food or finer dining, exercising areas and much more. Everything you would need on a business trip or quiet getaway is just minutes or a short walk away.One of the biggest advantages to this property was the owner. Not having stayed in a VRBO in California before, I had several questions. All my questions were answered very quickly... mostly within a few minutes! Yan is committed to making sure you are satisfied with your stay. The property is professionally clean. The kitchen is perfect for cooking or for takeaway. The living area and outdoors are perfect for relaxing or having a meal.I can see myself returning to this location with my son to see local sports! I will definitely be checking availability when I have to return to the San Jose area.Cheers!Scott
