The loft has a queen bed with water views — open loft with no door, worth knowing if you're traveling with light sleepers or anyone who needs full privacy. The living area has vaulted ceilings, original details, and smart TVs throughout.

The kitchen is brand new — one of the most tangible improvements from the 2025 restoration. Fully equipped for a week of meals at home. An outdoor shower handles the sand. The garage provides covered parking for one car with two additional spaces outside — rare for a direct beachfront property on AMI.

The walkability here is exceptional even by Holmes Beach standards. Publix is within walking distance. CVS nearby. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops close by for exploring the full length of the island without moving your car.
