La unidad de Valhalla en la planta baja, ubicada en 3216 Gulf Drive en Holmes, es un maravilloso dúplex frente al golfo de dos dormitorios y un baño en una playa aislada. Mientras que el Valhalla está escondido en una zona tranquila, está a poca distancia de tiendas y restaurantes. ¡La ubicación es perfecta!

¡La gran cubierta cubierta es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de las vistas de la playa, observar a los delfines jugando en las olas y experimentar las puestas de sol!

El Valhalla dormirá cómodamente seis con una cama queen size, una cama matrimonial y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. There were maggots all over one of the recycle bins, the exhaust fan cover above the toilet was hanging from the ceiling, a dead roach was on the floor of the bathroom and there were 3 lizards in the house running around the entire week. Grill available but no outdoor table, had to ask upstairs guests to look for key to the laundry room. Wouldnt stay again.

My friend and i stayed in the downstairs unit and it was great! Immaculate and furnished nicely, although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was nicely stocked with all kinds of dishes and cookware. The sunsets from the private beach are breathtaking, too!!

A little piece of Heaven❤️

My two week stay was awesome, wish it would have been longer. Beautiful area of Holmes beach, step out the door and the beach is right there. Clean white sand and beautiful water. We were impressed how comfortable the beds were along with the comfy pillows. Definitely coming back to such a cozey beach house . 🏝

Super nice location

We had an awesome time on AMI. We loved the downstairs Valhalla. This place is in a wonderful location and right near several places for all your needs. The house is right on the beach. Never had to put our shoes on the first time. Step off the porch and your in the sand! Would stay here again!

The property location is awesome.. it needs some updates, kitchen was tight, no temp. on oven, office fixed tv issue right away..but overall we had a great time..right on the beach...

Beautiful location

This house was perfect for my family. We have 4 kids ages 9,5,4,2. This place easily fit us all with the pullout couch. They have updated some of the furniture than what is pictured! The location is perfect and within walking distance to anything you could need! Beach was stunning! We can’t wait to come back next year!

Family vacay and graduation celebration

Walk out to beach - perfect. Able to connect with family. Only 1bathroom was a challenge. Hand washing dishes had not planned but not a big deal. Walking distance to anything needed including ice cream shops. Oh construction next door was never mentioned.

We had quite the dolphin show each morning while drinking coffee on each porch. (upper and lower) Property management did a fantastic job! We usually have a property with a pool but we didn't miss the pool since we could step off the porch and be on the beach. All groceries and shopping are within a very short walk as well as the trolley. We will be back and I highly recommend Valhalla Downstairs and Upstairs.

Reviewer Comments: Came down to AMI at the beginning of the pandemic things were looking mighty grim However thanks to Sara at Island Vacation Properties my potential nightmare became my dream vacation. After a minor mixup and through no fault of her own Sara did everything in her power to insure that our vacation on our 50th anniversary was perfect. From this point forward I will always rent through IVP. Our place Valhalla was immaculate with brand new spreads sheets and pillows the place was clean with a beautiful view of the beach. Even though the beaches closed to the public, having our rental on the beach allowed us to have the entire beach to ourselves. Thank You again Sara for the perfect vacation

Broken promises

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was promised in February of 2019 that my broken couches would be replaced. By the end of March that had not happened. Arrived end of Jan 2020 and had dirtier and more broken down furniture than the year before. Hard to describe how uncomfortable and un- sitable this furnituree is. Untenable considering I was paying for 2 months. Also one should know that when you have people upstairs, their conversations and music out on the deck might as well be in your living room. I tried to cope with this using the apple ear pods but they didn't help much.
