Welcome to 'Vitamin Sea' professionally managed by Stay on 30a, the ideal vacation home for families both big and small. The open floor concept provides ample space to gather, prepare meals, and relax. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the beautiful screened in porch, and wind down at night by the fire pit. No need to pack beach gear- there are beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and coolers! Relax by the community pool just steps away. Close to 30A Avenue for upscale shopping and wonderful dining options! Only 0.7 mi to the public beach.

SPACE
Vitamin Sea has a spacious open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen. The dining table seats up to six and the expansive island has seating for four. Enjoy the screened in porch with outdoor patio furniture, the backyard with a gas fire pit and gas grill, or relax on the welcoming front porch with rockers.

The Master bedroom is tucked away on the first floor with a luxurious en-suite bathroom, double sinks and walk in shower. Upstairs there are three guest rooms, two share a Jack n Jill bathroom and there is a 3rd full bathroom off of the hall. A bonus room in the loft completes the upstairs area with a TV, sofa, and armchair.

For your convenience, a full size washer and dryer is located on the first floor and beach towels, a beach wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas are provided for your stay. Three Roku TV's have "Guest Mode" activated to conveniently sign into your preferred online streaming channels.

PARKING
There are two parking spaces in the driveway. Additional parking spaces are available by the community pool.

LOCTION
Home is located in Inlet Beach, within The Preserve at Inlet Beach - A coastal community just 0.7 miles away from Inlet Beach access points and less than five minutes to the heart of Rosemary Beach. It's located directly behind the new, upscale shopping and dining center - 30Avenue, and close proximity to Rosemary Beach. The home is also just a short drive to Publix grocery store.

This neighborhood is a mix of full/part-time residents and vacation rentals. It's very quiet and friendly!

The community features a superb outdoor pool with a pavilion, seating, and and outdoor fireplace. The community boardwalk & dock provides direct access to Powell Lake should you wish to rent paddle boards or kayaks during your stay.

Flying in from out of town instead of driving? Flying into ECP (Panama Beach City) airport is a 30 minute drive to the house.
Flying into VPS (Destin airport) is a little over a 1 hour drive.

NEARBY BEACH ACCESS
Inlet Beach has several beach access options to choose from. Below are the 3 most popular:

-Winston Lane Public Beach Access: Located less than .08 away. This access is on the western border of Inlet Beach where it meets Rosemary. There is not public parking available, but plenty of bike racks if you choose to ride a bike.

-Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access: This access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98. Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access and features three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces. Located 0.8 miles from house.

-Wall Street Beach Access: Located about a mile drive from the Preserve at Inlet Beach, about 200 yards east of the intersection of US30A and Highway 98, at the end of South Wall Street, where it dead ends at the gulf. NOTE: This Access has no public parking. There is no parking but there is parking, along with restrooms and outdoor showers about 1/4 mile east at the Inlet Beach Access.

*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.
*No parties or events.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
*There are no refunds for weather related events. We advise trip insurance during hurricane season (May-November)

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
