Traveling to the beach with little ones shouldn't require a U-Haul. We're parents of three young kids, and we built this home around one idea: show up with your family, not your gear.

Pack 'n plays, highchair, strollers, bike trailer, baby gates, outlet covers, white noise machines – it's all here and waiting. Even better, walk or bike to public Inlet Beach access, Rosemary Beach town square, 30Avenue's shops and dining (directly behind the house) without ever getting back in your car.

The Home
Sunny Days is a 1,800 sq ft, 3-bedroom / 2.5-bath home in Inlet Beach, FL that sleeps up to 8. There's a large dining table for 8 plus bar seating so the whole group can eat together, a living room built for movie nights, and a fenced backyard with yard games for the kids to burn off energy. The neighborhood's large community pool is seasonally heated and just around the corner.

Every bedroom has memory foam mattresses, blackout curtains, white noise machines, and ceiling fans. We've obsessed about sleep here.

The Kitchen
Well-appointed and ready to cook for a crowd, convection toaster oven / air fryer combo, 12-cup coffee maker, and a Keurig for the early risers. Starter home supplies of dish soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner included.

Work & Wifi
Fiber internet with whole-home wifi, every room gets fast, solid signal (364 Mbps). There's a dedicated desk in the queen room for the occasional "working remotely from the beach" day.

Community Pool Heating Schedule
The neighborhood recently installed a new heater for the large community pool. Confirmed heating dates from the neighborhood association:

➜ December 21, 2026 – January 5, 2027

The heating schedule is subject to change due to weather variability and we are unable to guarantee specific temperatures or availability as it is managed by the HOA.

The Team
We (Joel and Mary) own Sunny Days and handle all booking details personally. Once you arrive, our local on-the-ground team is nearby to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Security Note
A Ring doorbell camera at the front door (video only, no audio) is used solely to verify guest check-in.

Other Things to Note
➜ Check-in is 4 PM, check-out is 10 AM. Self check-in via smart lock.

➜ Minimum age of 25 for the primary booking contact. A rental agreement will be e-signed at booking.

➜ During peak summer (June–July), a 7-night minimum typically applies with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings so start your search on a Saturday to see availability.

➜ Interested in a longer monthly stay during non-peak months? Reach out - we can often offer additional discounts.

➜ Flying in? Your best bet is Southwest into ECP (Panama City) airport, about 30 minutes from the house. VPS (Destin) is also an option, about an hour away.
