Ground Floor Condo at Las Palomas, one of the few Phase 1 ground floor condo with 3.5 Bedrooms (3 bedrooms and a bunk room ) and 3 bathrooms in the Rental Pool.

One of the Bedrooms is a separate locked in suite with its own full bathroom.

In addition to the 3 bedrooms, we also offer a bunk room for additional sleeping flexibility. This bunk room features a twin bed over a full bed!

2 Sleeper sofas for additional guests or flexibility in accommodations.

Located in Phase 1, Opalo Building this condo offers a great private patio and direct access to the pool and beach areas.

Maximize vacation time - No need to wait for elevators.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS MADE BY PEOPLE UNDER 25 UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY SOMEONE OVER 25 DURING THEIR STAY.

Besides this condo, Opalo 108 have the same layout in 2 other condos, Topaz 108 and Diamante 108. Perfect for several families trying to stay close by in large ground floors.

We also recently just acquired the neighboring unit Opalo 107, a 3 bedroom/2bath.

Host was great with questions. Its not beach level. Need to walk down some stairs but still one of the best locations. Walk down some stairs to pools and beach. When you get pool/beach towels keep an eye on them. People like to take them and if you dont return u get charged. Place is large, Patio is huge. Staff everywhere is friendly. I would stay clear of the swim up bar. Dirty, very nasty and an unreal amount of flies, you will pick them out of your drink while its served. Stick to BYOB to the pools, nobody questioned, we brought a cooler. Hit up the local (not downtown) resturants/bars at night, and go to Pollo Lucas during the day! Garage parking available. Definitely would stay in this condo again. Very cool place.

Beautiful location. The main AC in the living room did not work - it blew out warm air. The AC in the bedrooms worked well. Beautiful view - enjoyed our stay

Great Condo! We had a blast!

We just got back from Mexico and it was a blast. The condo was beautiful! The location is great - very close to community grills and to the best pool at the resort. Everything worked great. We definitely plan to rent this condo the next time we go down to Rocky Point. Our family and friends really enjoyed it!

Late September stay

Location at resort wonderful. Loved being on ground level. Made it very easy to go to pools and beach. Loved having a kitchen. We cooked a lot. Tv great for little kids after swimming. Washing machine didn’t work which was bummer. Air conditioning wasn’t strong enough in back guest room so it was too warm at night.

Wonderful escape

What a perfect trip!! Check in was quick, easy and painless!! The "room" was amazing! The views and the proximity to everything within the resort were amazing!! The grills that are available for use were THE cleanest I've ever seen! They looked brand new, housekeeping does an amazing job around the grounds! We have stayed at several other resorts, this is most definately in the top two!! We will be back!! =D

Great condo

Jaime and Celine were awesome and kept in touch with us prior to our trip due to the covid restrictions. They kept Us up to date with everything and accommodated our changing needs. The condo was very clean with new furniture in the living and dining rooms. The location was amazing on the 1st floor. Only negative was that the queen bed room got really hot and the door does not lock. Would definitely stay here again.

Christmas at Rocky point

The Condo smelled and looked clean upon arrival. Front desk was super helpful/ parking was convenient and easy. This condo is so pretty with an enormous deck and a quick few stairs to the great pools. we had a beautiful view of the ocean as well! I was pleasantly surprised that there was tables or chairs on the deck as a picture did not show any, so he brought chairs but did not need them as there is plenty of seating on the deck. The pools were heated!! That was amazing! Restaurant on site was great. Very nice venue. Only issues were we had to plung the toilet upon arrival as it was clogged with fem products from someone before we arrived. It was gross. The toilet in that bathroom continued to clog during the stay even though we only used it for number 1. The sink in the other bathroom clogged as well and the TV remotes we're missing in 2 bedrooms. The cab openers don't work so we had to skip the meals we had with cans. That aside. The maintenance came to fix the plumbing right after we dicided it was time to call. I was so happy that the sink had a separate spout with filtered water and the freezer ice was also safe. The bedding and beds were great. We had plenty of room for the whole family and had a wonderful time. I graded lowering communication only bc the VBRO app did not work for MESSAGES. However, the owner was very receptive when I first booked and answered my questions. I would go to this VBRO Again!

Perfect for our big family

This is an amazing 4 bedroom 3 bath , ground floor condo. Easy access to the pools and beach. Huge patio that was perfect for our large family to hang out. This is our 3rd year in a row staying in this condo and we plan to book it again next year.
