Our stay was amazing. We were coming in after hurricane Lala and didn’t know what to expect. Our host was very responsive and was ready to assist in every way. Their management company was so helpful and friendly as well.The property and unit is just beautiful and equipped with everything you need. It’s in a quieter location which is so nice and peaceful. Away from the crowds. I was surprised with their full closet of all things beach….chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment and boogie boards. Even a fishing pole and chair stand. Everything you need for a lovely day at the beach.Mahalo for a lovely stay!

Absolutely perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The views in every direction are priceless—both sunrise and sunset are right outside the unit. Beach access is just a short, easy walk away, and Kapalua Bay and Napili Bay are close by for even more beach and snorkeling options.We spent every morning and evening on the lanai, soaking up the beautiful views, peaceful sounds, and pure relaxation. We also really enjoyed the pool and had it to ourselves most of the time.Inside, the unit had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essential cookware, the beds were comfortable, and everything was incredibly clean.Last but certainly not least, the owner is so kind, responsive, and easy to work with. They truly care about the property and renters. This was our second time staying at this property, and we already can’t wait to return!

Jeanmarie, our host was wonderful, the villa is beautifully decorated and is in excellent condition and the view is absolutely spectacular! We really enjoyed watching the whales from the lanai. The villa is also well located with great restaurants nearby. We look forward to returning.

This is our 4th time staying at this amazing property! It’s clean, well furnished, and the amazing hosts have given a lot of thought to everything you might need while on vacation here. When you walk into the condo and see that 180 ocean view with Molokai in the background it’s simply breathtaking. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even more so in person. 5 stars!

Thank you so much for making our family vacation so incredibly special. The view was even more beautiful than the photos, and the condo had absolutely everything we could have wanted or needed.Everyone — from the owners to the property management team — was so kind, patient, and responsive throughout our stay. The owners even accommodated requests that went beyond our expectations. The communication was outstanding from beginning to end.We’ve stayed at high-end hotels in Maui over the years, and this experience surpassed all of them. We’re already talking about coming back to this perfect spot in Maui again.

We had an amazing 180 degree ocean view, perfect for whale watching from the lanai. Pool was clean an quiet. This was the most amazing whale watching we have experienced. Whales breaching, sounding, spouting, playing on the surface, right before our eyes. Perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating.

We have stayed here previously ad it does not disappoint. Spectacular views 180 degrees. We can smell the salt water and feel the waves crash. Totally awesome in every aspect!

This is my favorite place to stay. Anywhere. Anytime. It has a special vibe and a close connection with nature. I enjoy every minute I am here. The views are unmatched. The dawn presents glowing hues of ever brightening light across an awakening palette of welcoming sand. Soothing breezes caress your skin as if butterflies were gently pulling a weightless satin shroud over your entire body. Misty rain dusts the lush landscape with nourishing showers that awaken the pungent earth. I love the sun. I love the rain. I love the clouds. I love the sky. I hate to end my stays here but feel revived, reenergized, and healed. The host could not be more welcoming. The management company is super responsive and resolve every minor issue quickly and efficiently. Quite simply, amazing.

Best Location!!!

This is our 4th time staying at Kapalua Bay Villas….This unit is the best location!!!! It had everything we needed…beds were comfy (a little updating in decor would be nice) But we will happily stay again!!!

This was by far the best place we have ever stayed on Maui! The location was perfect and the views were magical. The condo was gorgeous and very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, including chairs and umbrella for the beach. The beach is a very short 3 minute walk. We spent half of our trip sitting on the lanai watching and listening to the waves crash onto the rocks. The host was super responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again and again!!

50th Anniversary celebration

Stayed here 3 years ago. Loved it so much we decided then that we would come back for our 50th Anniversary. Missed being able to visit Lahaina this time but had wonderful dinners at the great restaurants - Merriman was the crowning touch. Will definitely be back.
