Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

If patio cushions were used, please return to deck bin.

The garbage that was consumed while on the stay please secure in the large green garbage bin on the side of the house. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE GARBAGE BIN STRAPS ARE RE-SECURED.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Be mindful of quite time when utilizing the deck and porch area after midnight. Keep it at a reasonable volume.

Sasha was honestly the best host. She had great communication. The place was very clean and decorated very nicely. Loved the area. It was a private area with a security guard at the gate of the community. The beds were super comfy. Kitchen accessories were provided like plates, cups etc. My Bachelorette trip was amazing!! Will definitely be visiting again in the future

Everything about yhe was beautiful and fancy!! The patio was beautiful and spacious. The entire family loved. The house was super clean and the rooms were cozy. The house was complete. Looking foward to renting it again in our next vacation.

The house was very beautiful! They should be clear about the pool and beaches fees are not included ! And I didn’t know before to rent ! Then my stayed was for 3 nights and before one day ! They send the police and clean service when I still staying there ! They said only apologies and that’s all !! Very disappointed!

Firstly, the pool and beach fees are clearly detailed in our house rules and access description, which are available for review prior to booking. We encourage all guests to carefully read these details to avoid any surprises during their stay. Secondly, in this particular case, we extended the checkout time as a courtesy due to a misunderstanding, and this was communicated clearly to the guest. The police were only involved due to a smoke alarm triggered by a barbecue, which is a safety measure we do not take lightly. This incident underscores the importance of clear communication, especially regarding the use of amenities like the barbecue. We also want to highlight that while the guest had initially indicated they would bring one dog, they brought two. We accommodated this without issue, but it’s important for all guests to adhere to the agreed-upon terms to maintain the quality of our property for everyone. Lastly, we kindly ask that guests respect our property by keeping it clean and adhering to our guidelines. Unfortunately, in this instance, the property was left in a condition below our expectations, including dog urine on the floor, which we had to address post-stay. We strive to give our guess the best experience
