The house contains 4 bedrooms (Bedroom #1 master with en suite and a walk-in closet, #2 full size bunkbed with a twin on top, #3 full size bed, #4 twin bed with full size desk/chair) , 2 1/2 baths, open living/kitchen/dining, stone fireplace, and a mud room. Step outside to enjoy a beautifully landscaped yard. This can be accomplished while being seated on the back enjoying a meal at the table for 6 or lounging on the couches by the fire pit under the stars. Step down to the lower grilling patio (perfect for summer BBQ's), rinse the sand off in the large outdoor shower, or head out further to the heated pool.
